1. Mrs. AZ 43 years old Female presents to the dermatologic clinic with complain of skin
lesions that she reports was initially itchy red spots. Later they turned to raised thick skin
areas with dry and inflamed patches. This worsened after a recent visit to the up country,
where she also sustained a skin cut while gardening. She occasionally experience pain,
burning and itching on the lesions. She also reports that while on up country she had
upper respiratory infection which she managed with over the counter drugs. On Physical
exam the nurse observes patches with silver white flakes vital signs are BP-
156/88mmHg, P-87, Temp 36.5, her BMI is 32. Past medical history is hypertensive on
propranolol. She was diagnosed with psoriasis
