The undersigned would like to request from good office a permit to offer the following for the
Senior High School of Basiao High School, Basiao, President Carlos P. Garcia, Bohol.
Academic Track:
 Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM)
Technical Vocational Livelihood Track with the following Specilizations:
 Shielded Metal Arc and Welding (SMAW)
Our school has offered the TVL Track with Cookery, Bread and Pastry Production, and Food and
Beverage Services specializations for the school year 2024-2025. Due to the demand of our stakeholders
and the community, we would like to add our present offering with Accountancy, Business and
Management (ABM) under Academic Track and Shielded Metal Arc and Welding (SMAW) under
Technical Vocational Livelihood Track for the school year 2025-2026.
It is pertinent to mention that the school has qualified teachers who are capable to teach
Academic and TVL subjects. These teachers are holding qualifications required by the Department of
Education. The school has also acquired the needed machineries from the stakeholders particularly fro
SMAW.
We are anticipating that this request will be granted, for we see that this will be our response to
cater the needs of our community. Thank you very much!

2025, our incoming Senior High School Learners prefer to enroll in Accountancy, Business and
Management, TVL – SMAW. Hence, this certifies the need of the institution to offer those tracks and
strands S.Y. 2025-2026 onwards. Furthermore, our school is located in the mountainous and coastal area
of barangay Basiao where the students of the 5 catchment barangays depend their high school education
and learning to the offerings of Basiao High School due to its far-flung location.
