II. MINUTES OF THE MEETING REPORT

PART 1
 Election of New GENERAL PTA OFFICERS
 Duties and Responsibilities of GPTA
 Identification of utmost needs of our school’s present condition
specifically the widening of road fences.
 Other concerns such as FAQs about our school organization and
 raised by our respective parents and to our school.

The meeting started at 7:00 in the evening. Mr. Conrado Anonuevo was
tasked to emcee the program. A short prayer was led by Mrs. Sherryl A.
Dequiňa, SPED CHARITY adviser. Mrs. Marissa Martin gave the thought for

the day. Then roll call began which was facilitated by Mrs. Virginia Llegado.
Our school head, Mrs. Leila M. Dizon, encouraged everyone to work
hand in hand as stakeholders of our school through her opening remarks.
During the election proper there was a slight commotion. Mrs. Joy Sabado ,
one of the parents nominated a parent which is not a homeroom president
which is Mr. Nestor Castro. But Sir Erick Sibug stressed out the protocols
that was needed to be followed. At the end it was resolved, settled and the
officers where officially nominated and elected.
Mrs. Lourdes Sibug reoriented the officers on their duties and
responsibilities of GPTA officers and reiterated for parents to be open and
aware for whatever help they can extend to the school given the present
situation. Then, Mr. Roderick Sibug gave his closing remarks.
For the Part 2, Ms. Cherry Pecson discussed EGRA (Early Graders Reading
Assessment) for primary level which emphasizes NO READ NO PASS. Then
Mr. Ramil Demerin enlightened the participants about Phil-IRI ( Philippine
Informal Reading Inventory) for intermediate level which aims to determine a
student’s reading level. Lastly, Mrs. Cresencia M. Cuenco explained the
EGMA ( Early Grade Math Assessment) to the parents which intends to
monitor numeracy skills acquired of learners from Grades 1 to 7 and develop
instructional strategies and intervention to improve student’s level of
numeracy.

The following were the elected officers for this school year.

All the officers agreed on the project raised based on the pictures posted.
