Methods: Shake the rums, passion fruit  Dash of Angostura Bitters

 Apple slice dipped in sugar syrup
 1/2 oz. Drambuie
to garnish
 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Methods: Top with ginger ale. (optional)
 Lemon twist to garnish

Methods: Pour all ingredients directly
into old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist.
5. PENICILLIN
Serve.
 2 oz blended Scotch Whisky

 0.75 oz Honey-Ginger Syrup
 1 dash Islay Scotch whisky

 12 oz. orange juice (frozen)  4 cinnamon sticks
 12 oz. lemonade (frozen)  1 fresh ginger (sliced into pieces)
 2 cups brandy  1 vanilla bean (split open)
 7 up (Diet)  1 tsp. whole cloves
 1 tsp. juniper berries (dried)
Methods: I used 2 cups of brandy for  750 mL wine (Rioja)
this recipe. However, adjust to your  1 cup cachaca
tolerance by reducing to 1 cup or  1/2 cup triple sec
increasing to 3-4 cups of brandy.  1 apple

Methods: Stir wine and juice together.

10. BRANDY ALEXANDER
Methods: Add the brandy, ruby port,  1 ounce brandy

sherry into a shaker with ice and shake
until well-chilled.

Method: Preparation: In a glass filled


with ice cubes, add gin and tonic.
