 berries or lemon zest, to garnish

1.5 oz Paranubes Rum

2-3 lime wedges

2 oz Bacardí White Rum
.5 oz El Maestro Sierra Pedro Ximénez Sherry
.5 oz Grant 'La Garrocha' Amontillado Sherry
.75 oz passion fruit purée
.5 oz. hibiscus syrup*
2 mint sprigs
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice

Caribbean Coco
Ingredients:
1 oz El Dorado 3 Year rum
1 oz Clément Coco rhum
.33 oz coconut milk-based yogurt
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Tortuga
Ingredients:
2 oz El Dorado 8yr Rum
1 dash cinnamon powder
1 dash orange juice
1 dash lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup

WHITE WINE:
Grilled Peach & Pineapple Sangria

Ingredients

 1 bottle (750 ml) sauvignon blanc or other white wine

 2 cups lemonade

 1/2 cup orange liqueur

 1 tablespoon butter, melted

 1 tablespoon sugar

 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 3 medium peeled peaches, pitted and halved

 1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 4 slices


Spring Strawberry Sangria

Ingredients

 4 cups dry white wine, chilled

 1/2 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

 1/4 cup sugar

 2 cups club soda, chilled

 2 cups champagne

Cranberry-Lime Sangria

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1 bottle (750 milliliters) white wine, chilled
3/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 each medium orange, lime and apple, peeled and diced
1 bottle (1 liter) citrus soda, chilled

Peach Wine Coolers


Ingredients
 2 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
 1/2 cup brandy
 1/3 cup honey
 1/2 lemon, very thinly sliced
 1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry white wine
 1-1/2 cups carbonated water, chilled
 Ice cubes
Mixed Berry Sangria
Ingredients

 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine

 2-1/2 cups white cranberry juice

 2/3 cup light or coconut rum

 1/3 cup each fresh blackberries, blueberries and raspberries

 1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries

 Ice cubes

BEER:
 BEER MARGARITA
1 serving

¼ cup lime juice

2 tablespoons agave syrup

1½ ounces tequila

8 ounces pilsner-style beer

Lime wedge, to garnish

GRAPEFRUIT RADLER

1 serving

½ cup grapefruit juice

2 teaspoons sugar

1 bottle wheat beer (such as Blue Moon)

Grapefruit wedge, for garnish

BEER BLOODY MARY


1 serving
1½ ounces vodka
⅔ cup tomato juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¾ teaspoon prepared horseradish
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Tabasco
Pinch of celery salt
8 ounces pale lager
Celery stalk, to garnish

SUMMER SHANDY

½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice


½ cup superfine sugar
1 cup water
½ cup sparkling water – you can substitute this sparkling water for tonic
if have have that on hand. I have also used Lemon LaCroix and it’s
delicious!
4 (12 ounce) bottles of chilled Hefeweizen – If you don’t like Hefeweizen, you can use a lighter
beer like a pale ale or pilsner.

SPICY MICHELADA
 4 lime wedges, divided
 ▢¼ cup chile-lime seasoning such as Tajin
 ▢1/2 cup tomato juice or Clamato
 ▢2 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 ▢2 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
 ▢1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
 ▢24 ounces Mexican beer
