5 parts RYE WHISKEY


2 parts SWEET RED VERMOUTH
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS

Stir with ice.


Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with MARASCHINO CHERRY.

1 1/4 oz PIMM’S 1 1/2 oz GIN, COGNAC, or BRANDY


3 oz LEMONADE 3/4 oz HEAVY CREAM
3/4 oz WHITE CRÈME DE CACAO
Stir with ice in Collins glass.
Top off with LEMON-LIME SODA. Shake with ice.

Shake with ice.
