EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This page will represent the business plan of Float Season with its tagline
slogan “Go with the float”. The researcher’s business plan proposed to operate in an
online operation that will run 9hrs a day. It would start receiving orders from 8:00 in the
morning up to 5:00 in the evening and for the delivery time, it would be the day after
they order. The operation of business would be 6 days a week from Monday to Sunday
8pm. Unlike ordinary graham floats, float season provides four fruity sweet yet soothing
flavors at very affordable price with a cutie logo on the top of its packaging. It’s an
opportunity for the researchers to answer the cravings of netizens along social media,
that netizen wants to satisfy their cravings into something icy flavorful food wants
relaxing and satisfying effect while eating the said product. This product will be establish
for people who have access to internet, it is accessible to those who don’t want to go
out from their homes and to become famous when it comes to offering and preparing
quality and healthy food to its customers.

Ordering foods online are the trends nowadays especially in this time of
pandemic, where people cannot freely go out to their homes, which gives us big
opportunity to come up to this idea of business showcasing new version of float where
three types of fruit are the primary ingredients.
INTRODUCTION

Float season is an online food business. This business typically offers


three flavors of graham float. Our graham float is perfectly made for the summer season
it’s the best dessert for the hot weather.

Our set-up is order online, because nowadays online food delivery market
is become famous. Because of this pandemic, and it is easy to order in just one click,
comment or go directly message the seller for your order. This online food delivery is
just perfect because we are surrounded by gadget or what they called technology.

In today’s highly competitive environment it is becoming increasingly more


difficult because today’s business is more on online market that just not food but even
clothes, shoes, and many more. So, the float season comes up from not-so-unique
graham float which is has three flavor we don’t just have a famous flavor in graham float
which is Mango but we also have Avocado and fruit salad float.

BUSINESS SUMMARY

Nature of Business
Business is an organization that strives for a profit by providing goods and
services desired by its customers. Businesses meet the needs of consumers by
providing goods and services. It consists rendering of service which is valuable action in
every organization that meet the customer’s satisfaction.

Dessert is what makes every human being happy. All things sweet are one
of the many quintessential aspects of what make life stellar. A delicate bite of freshness
sliced sweet of fruits with the sweetness of condensed milk top with crashed grahams
and fresh mango, avocado and fruit cocktail, will surely occupy a big space in every
consumers heart.

Background
Float season is an online food delivery service that is able to serve in an easy and
convenient way in order to satisfy every customer. This is a new version of graham float
product that has three flavors that is freshly made with healthy and mouth-watering
fruits to our valued customers. This business possessed good values with an excellent
in providing a quick service, good quality and healthy food, promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Float season will use online selling distribution. Since the product focuses on the
craving satisfaction of the customers and there are a lot of competitors in online selling
industry, which gives us motivation to pursue and give our hundred percent effort on our
chosen product.

Additional plan is to upgrade different products by adding some new varities


and flavors of fruits in the product, in this case customers can select different flavors
that will surely satisfy them and to love the product. Having quality products, reliable
staffs, and customers-oriented crew and best marketing strategies will results to
increase sales, and sustainable competitive advantage for business.

The logo represents the product of the business that promotes delicious and
different flavors of graham float. The green background represents nutritiousness to every
individual. While the fruit icon represents the different flavors of the product.

Float Season is located at Mariveles residence, Ipil-Ipil st. Purok3, Brgy. Libertad,
Surallah, South Cotabato near Libertad National High School. The location is 400m
away from national highway. It was chosen as the business location because of its
capacity to attract customers especially millennials. And because the location has high
number of young and food adventurer regardless of gender, economic standing or level
of income, religion and age.

Product Description
Float season prepares three different delicious graham floats. Majority of our
food are graham crackers as the main ingredients.

Forms of Organization

Float Season is a Partnership Organization wherein it is owned by two or


more persons. The partners must make an agreement, decide up front how much time,
responsibilities and duties and capital each will contribute.

Moreover, Float season is a general partnership wherein partners divide


responsibility and duties as well as the shares of profit of loss according to their internal
agreement. Equal shares are assumed unless there is a written agreement that states
differently.
