being in love with our exceptional milkshake. It’s a taste of heaven
on earth. Shake-shake Cereals Co. will be located in Upper Session
Road, Baguio city.

milkshakes with cereal of the customer's choice to tickle their taste
buds at the most affordable prices.

creativity and awaken the inner child in you.

Our standards are high. They are the highest in the food service
industry. We are always in search of higher quality ingredients,
better shake formulas, and always to make more consistent smoothies
faster. Here is short list focusing on some of our major standards and
goals:

 Make sure that every customer that enters and leaves our
store is happy with the product and service that they just
received. Every Team Member in our store is empowered to
do "whatever it takes" to make sure that every Customer is

byits owners, Ms. De Jesus, Ms. Laza, Ms. Peralta, Mr. Biado, Mr.
Cabuenas, Mr. del Prado, Mr. Fajardo and Mr. Ignacio. Partnership was
made by merging their individual companies and the goal is to serve
customers a worthy and unique product. The partnership gives the
business the advantage of being flexible to be structured by the
owners as they see fit and the operations can be closely monitored.
Furthermore, the owners will be the one who will make final decisions
within the company.

Firstly, our products possess the highest quality. We only use the
finest of ingredients that will provide our customers the best
experience. Also, our product is indeed very unique. Where else could
you find milkshake and cereals with the choice of your own together in
one sweet edible bowl/cone? That's right, you can only find it with
us. We offer uniqueness and quality at the same time. Our product is a
must-try. We are very sure that kids, young people, and even adults,
perhaps all ages would love what we are offering.

UNIQUENESS OF PRODUCT

Our product was inspired by a popular milk shake and cereals. With
this we came up with the idea to mix them together, wherein we will
give our customers the freedom to choose their own flavor with no
limit! And, the container of the milkshake is edible. This is because
our company is also environmental friendly! Our Shake-Shake Cereals
has a variety of flavors to choose from,that’s why our customers won’t
get bored of the taste of our product.

Milkshake shops spread throughout the country and the


Filipinos loved it. They are like the modernized type of a Filipino
dessert halo-halo. That’s why Filipinos always come back for it.

Although there is no record of the first ever company to


open a milkshake shop in the country, plenty of them are scattered
through the Philippines, each having their own strategy to stand out.
This makes the competition hard, especially when the most famous
milkshake company, ShakeAway is already in the Philippines.
All milkshake shops have basic ingredients to follow that are just
added with a twist to differentiate themselves from the others. From
using real fruits to famous brand of cookies, even beinga vegan
milkshake company. The problem is that, most added ingredients are
expensive making the milkshake extravagant. Although some customers
still buy, they still lose customers which can impose a negative
effect to the company.

Another problem faced is that Philippines is a tropical country,


meaning cold days are dominant than those of summer days. This makes
the milkshake business a little tricky as the number of customers only
skyrockets when it’s summer, that’s why companies should be able to
come up with a strategy that’ll make people buy even if it’s cold like
promos of buy one take one and other stuff.

LOCATION ANALYSIS

The Shake-shake cereals co. is located in Upper Session


Road, Baguio City. Session road is the center of attraction to
the people within the area as it is lined up with different
businesses that intrigue the visitors, especially it’s the way
up to SM where most people go. It is also a hotspot for students
and tourists which is our target market.
The perks that the business will be receiving are a
big deal for the company. The spot where we are located is very
easy to locate since it has a building on its own and it is
accessible also, and the location is an attraction to costumers
as it’s being passed by lots of people whether they’re going to
the SM, UB, UC, etc.

The disadvantages however, also create a big impact on


the business. There is no space for parking so costumers with
cars will be having a hard time buying the product as they need
to look for a parking lot and there will be a tough competition
between other shops since we’re not the only shop selling
milkshakes so at least, our uniqueness will be able to
differentiate us from our competitors.
FLOOR PLAN

The interior design would be purposely made to make


the costumers feel homey and comfortable. It will be made
spacious for each costumer to have their privacy and wide
windows to let natural light enter, of course, it can be
controlled by blinds to be mounted on each window. For the
ventilation, there will be installed air conditioners and the
windows can be open for air to enter. There will also be
available seats outside the shop.
