1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Our Mango Graham De leche will offer a delicious
mashup of two Filipino favorites graham float and leche
flan. It is a frozen dessert that will grab the people’s heart
with the combination of two of the most loved Filipino
desserts. As of the moment there is no seller yet that
existed in San Jose that sell Mango Graham De Leche with
this it open an opportunity to us to sell the product to the
public and since it was summer and Mango season there
will be a demand for cold desserts and there will be
desserts that cannot meet the need of people as there are
some who wanted to eat both products resulting to a big
demand. This means that there is a big opportunity in the
market for the Mango Graham De Leche. The climate in the
Philippines is now warm and summer is welcoming many
people. It's the time where mango bears fruits and is in
season. You can see many vendors selling mangoes. Mango
graham de leche is an attractive business opportunity as
Mango is in season. We can take this as an advantage to
upsell mangoes into a new product that is loved by everyone.
Our product is a cold dessert that fits the weather and the
season of summer. This will attract many buyers living their
summer life. The product as well has a longer shelf life if
refrigerated and stored properly as well the product
packaging is eco-friendly for you can reuse it again.
Mangoes are a good source as well of vitamins and a great
fruit that have rich antioxidants. The product’s Price is
affordable and can sell to a wide target market. Our
customer will have two products in one Mango graham and
leche flan that is distinct to other cold dessert products, and
experience eating a new product and tasting two different
desserts in one. Our primary strategy is to market it with the
use of the internet, preferably the use of social media that
have a large audience and with this we can penetrate a
large target market and since mostly people now are into
online selling, we will take this advantage to secure selling
the product.
Our business will initially operate home-based and will use social media
to promote and showcase our product for easy browsing and ordering.
Our customers will have two options for delivery to pick-up their
product or have it delivered but within San Jose customers only.
The product will also be available to buy in bulk and pre-sell it by
buyers and will be available when there will be programs such as
binirayan festival or food fest in San Jose. The product has its own
competitive features that will be used as an advantage to achieve
market penetration such as affordable price and quality
ingredients.
Initial Capitalization for the business is Php 20,000 good for
one-month expenses. Expected revenue for 1 year is Php 240,000 while
total cost of goods sold amounted to Php 360,000.

3. PRODUCT PLAN
PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
Our product M.G. De Leche will offer customers two food
products in one; mango graham and leche flan to its
consumers. Since summer is coming and its mango season,
we came up with this product to satisfy the craving of
Antiqueneous and as well to provide dessert at an
affordable price.
PRODUCT'S UNIQUE FEATURES:
Our product has 3 unique features. First it is two products
in one as a combined mango graham and Leche flan
creating Mango Graham De Leche that will satisfy our
customers' cravings and people with a sweet tooth. Second
with an eco-friendly container, we use a plastic container
that is durable that can be reused again and again. Adding
a new usage for our product that can help the environment.
Third is the production process and its materials as we use
quality ingredients and supplies coming from legit suppliers.

PRODUCTION PROCESS AND CONTROLS THAT WILL BE USED
TO MANUFACTURE THE PRODUCT
Leche flan production process
STEP 1: In a bowl place whole eggs and beat them using a wire
whisk.
STEP 2: Add condensed milk and evaporated milk then mix well.
STEP 3: In a lanera put sugar and melt it in a low heat fire until
caramelized.
STEP 4: Cool down the caramelized sugar for 5 minutes then pour
the egg and milk mixture.
STEP 5: Cover the top with aluminum foil and prepare a larger deep baking pan,
pour water and slowly put in the lanera that is already covered with aluminum foil
and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked.

STEP 6: After cooking, cool down and set aside.

STEP 3 : Put Mangoes top of graham cracker and combined condensed band
Nestle cream and layer it again with graham crackers

STEP 4 : Put the leche flan and cover the corner with cream and sprinkles above
the crushed graham.

Above is the procedure mango de leche product and it follows quality control
that ensures product quality as well sanitation.
DISTRIBUTION LOGISTIC
Our M.G De Leche will initially operate home based and we can
sell on social media to showcase the design of our product and
actual taste. Any customer will have the option to pick-up their
merchandise or have it delivered at San Jose Areas.
REGULATORY AND OTHER COMPLIANCE ISSUES
Our product will be registered as a partnership with the
department of trade and industry to be secure for the license
of the business. The BIR Registration will also be done after
getting all the necessary registration documents and permits
from DTI, BARANGAY and MAYOR’S OFFICE.

MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGIES
An aggressive marketing campaign will aim to increase the
visibility for our business. This will emphasize the customers
reviews and voice out their preference to improve the product
to show as well that we care for our customers ideas and
opinion. Mango graham de leche will utilize several different
ways to communicate this message.
*Social media - our business will be active on social media
platforms, specifically Facebook to increase awareness and
visibility to the younger generation, particularly the millennial .
*Students- our business will attempt to gather data of the
various student groups who actively purchase food for their
own consume. This will be done through the use of online
forms or hard copy such as a survey that will form a linkage
that will establish a link with them so that they will be aware
of our product. And will achieve through the use of survey
forms, flyers and tarpaulins that will target this
demographic.
SALES STRATEGIES
Sales strategy will emphasize the ordering and buying of a
product that is a very affordable and effortful service as
ordering and buying a product from our business is
accessible and has a pleasing experience as we value our
customers as well. We will make a business social media
where it will be one of the main tools where customers can
place their orders. We will preferably use Facebook as the
main social media account for our business for a fast and
well-known social media that mostly use to sell our products
and promote it to our target market.
My MG. de leche products will also rely on three other
factors to help boost services. The first is exemplary
customer service. Having excellent service will provide the
customers with feeling that the business is looking out for
the customers’ interest. Second, when a customer places an
order they will probably be excited to taste the finished
product. And Lastly sales will be boosted by offering
customers a good quality product.

we ensure that is up to quality as from the production process
the products follow a standard procedure and sanitation to
ensure quality as well in choosing the suppliers of ingredients,
we make sure that we buy all ingredients from legit suppliers to
ensure that the product will be made with quality.
*Affordability of the mango grahams de leche-we make sure
that the product we sell will be affordable to the consumer
so we come up with a costing or a pricing scheme that is not
heavy to the pockets of our fellow customers as we aim to
make sure that the product is affordable with quality and
our consumer will be able to buy the product as they will
have access to a good food and yet affordable.

the costs of ingredients used in making of the product with

MARKET ANALYSIS SUMMARY

The demand for the MG De Leche product shows a good steady


growth as it has been marketed to its consumers in San Jose. During
the selling of the product we have observed that the working class
and some college students are among the biggest market for the
product. To increase market penetration MG De Leche will offer a
discount for a large purchase from its customers for it to be more
affordable. We will also do advertisements and promotions to
aggressively market our product to increase visibility through the use
of social media preferably Facebook. The price of the product follows
a pricing scheme with Vat of 12% and a markup of 37% resulting in a
total of 150 pesos per tub as its selling price.
