Production Process:
Cooking Process :
1. First, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure they are clean. Then, put
on disposable gloves and a hairnet to prevent any hair from falling or
contaminating the food
2. Take the bread and cut it in the middle. Spread mayonnaise on the cut
surface of the bread.
3. Next, prepare the lettuce by washing it. Cut off the end of the lettuce,
separate the leaves, and wash them thoroughly. After washing, place the
lettuce in a strainer to drain excess water.
4 . Then, get a chopping board and a knife to slice the cheese and any other
ingredients you need

with mayonnaise, fold it in half, and cook it on the
