The location of the event helped to bridge the gap between our school location and many of the families that attend March. It was great to look out from behind the counter and see the excitement that each child was feeling as they walked in and saw their teachers. March PTA received 20% of all prots made during our 4-hour shift. Our hard word paid off, as we were able to receive a check for $637.80 from McDonalds. What a fantastic event!

Art Class with Miss Reifsnyder!

In art class at F.A. March Elementary, second grade just finished studying the artwork of Vincent Van Gogh. The students analyzed the floral works of Van Gogh to see how he combined lines to create his beautiful vases. They then used a variety of materials (oil pastels, watercolor, and tissue paper) to create their own vase of flowers inspired by Van Gogh, but with their own twists and personalities of course! Fabulous work, second grade!
