b. Discussion:
What is Table napkin folding
- Napkin folding is most commonly encountered as a table decoration in fancy
restaurants.
Importance of table napkin
a. It greatly improve the look of the table setting.
b. It also catches attention to the guest
c. protect from falling food and soup
d. it is an expression of creativity that enhances the ambience for unforgettable dining
experience.
Ways on how to fold table napkin
1. Candle Fold 4. Three Pocket Fold
2. Pryamid Fold 5. Rose Fold
3. Lotus(water lily) Fold

Now class. I want you to paying attention on the steps and procedure while I
demonstrate the napkin folding on the front.
d. Application

The class will be divided into groups and each group is composed of 3-4 members. You
will perform all the styles of napkin folding that we practice earlier. And I will judge you
based on your work and presentation.

20%- Worksmanship
40%- Neat and Creativity
Total: 100%

Direction: In a short bondpaper print at least 2 styles of napkin folding with procedure
