DAY 1 – JUNE 11, 2024

At eight in the morning, ten new hires and seven seasoned staff gathered
for the strategic planning meeting. The national anthem was sung and a video-
based prayer opened the assembly. The program's content was created by Sir
Radel John Condez, Mrs. Maevee Maeriel Bayhon, Prof. Anita S. Cipriano, and
other CHSI stakeholders. Since most of CHSI's teachers were recently hired,
individualized introductions were held following Prof. Anita S. Cipriano's
gracious welcome in order to build relationships and foster trust that would
enable the teachers to work together for the benefit of the school.

Following the introductions, the topic of school rules was raised. The
discussion began with the school's vision and mission, which included a detailed
explanation of the basics, as well as, its core values, goals, and objectives. This
helped to equip teachers with the knowledge they needed for effectively teaching
students.

The school calendar was revised to guarantee a seamless flow of events

and prevent conflicts between various activities. To ensure that structured
instruction is maintained, the meeting also examined the MATATAG curriculum,
by DEPED, and the applicability of PEAC in connection to it. Next is the
curriculum deliberation, the teachers split up the topic loads. However, due to
time constraints, this was resumed the next day.

DAY 2 – JUNE 12, 2024

The second day started with a prayer and the singing of the national
anthem. After, Prof. Anita S. Cipriano gave her approval and added additional
subjects to properly distribute the teaching loads. At that point, we were each
assigned our own subject load and distribution of advisories.

Professionals from a variety of fields, Wella, attended the meeting to inform
educators about a program that makes creating lesson plans simple and about
other possibilities that might reduce their workload. The discussion on the
subject was then expanded upon with the establishment of a periodic seminar.
After that, manual modifications were made by hand, but they were
stopped by the manuals' editor owing to technical difficulties, which led to the
division of labor for the manuals' revisions and corrections. The CHSI Faculty
and Staff Officer Election took place. Positions concluded swiftly since they were
filled without issue and were approved by the administration right away. A few
photos were taken to mark the successful completion of CHSI's strategic
planning before the conference was adjourned.
