•As customer will bring the issue of refund. So we will come across to the details of bank. which has
given by customer regards to their refund. if refund estimate date remain then we have to inform the
date when customer will receive their refund.

•Customer had created a return under damage. but actual customer received mismatch customer
created a return in wrong request. So we have to create a return as per customer concern related.

• Assist customers on their enquiries over the telephone.

• As we customer executive as per line of business. We should give them resolution appropriate.

• Provide internal and external customers with guidance , advice on product usage , solutions and
optimization

•I would like to resolve the customer concern. Regarding their products. Which they had received. It
could be refund and return product related.

•Customer had received the damages product for that. We used to give the refund and elaborating the
refund estimate date and bank details will confirm with them along with apology and empathy.

•If customer had resume received the incomplete product fisrt. We apology with customer then we
will create a return to give good product to customer

•Provide the accurate resolution and bring the CSAT from the customer

1.As a rate analysis I have to come across the market to comprehend. how the market is going on like if
it is going with good prices I have to increase the prices to generate the revenue and if the market is
going low I have to beat down the price to bring the reservation of car

2.As per the current market price to apprehend and to put the penetrate price and increase the sale.

3.Report to manager regarding the reservation and market price and what I have updated the price
and how many stock do we have in the shut for the day

4. Share the mail to entire team that what will be the strategy for the week end occasion prices of rent
of car.

✓ Help to customer to make awareness

Customer issue of reserve car unable to update the required documents. Which is oblige to reserve. So
we used to give them sequence steps to get reserve the car.
