Question 1

Describe a sales cycle you have experienced and your role in it. Please elaborate on the challenges
you have faced and share your reflections.

In all my years working as a sales manager, I have always strived to acquire the biggest acquisitions
I possibly can, the difficulty depends on the reputation of our firm and how to impress the target
with our offerings, analyzing their interests, needs, etc and see what we are able to offer them.

In my recent job, I managed to acquire large franchise establishments as regulars and would
consistently purchase our materials, corporations such as; DANUBE, BIN LADEN CO, Mövenpick
Hotels and many others. 2022 was a great revenue year for Square Deal, I made sure I delivered
what I was assigned to do and continue to elevate myself and my current company to the best of
my abilities.

Question 2

You have promised to send a report to the client by a specific time, but it is not completed yet. Please

With five easy steps, we could generate many potential leads:

1- Know your audience and their interests and cater to them.

2- Prove the project’s feasibility
3- Demonstrate the project is worth investing in
4- Draft a realistic financial analysis
5- Emphasise your knowledge of the project

Question 6

Detail out your 5-year career roadmap, the areas or skills you want to develop, and how your ideal
workplace can help you achieve that.

I have always been the curious and ambitious type, I wish to continuously learn new skills and
knowledge even outside my field of expertise so my vast knowledge could be of great benefit for
anyone I work with.

I wish to work alongside people who share that same ambition, the ambition to grow and evolve
not just career wise, but as a person. We all wish to achieve that but it would require great
discipline. I've had the fortunes of working with wise and amazing people, but I’ve also had the
misfortunes of working with very lazy people.

Under my management or the right management, the flow and pacing of the project could go very
smoothly, I have always considered crunch as a sign of terrible management and should be
avoided at all cost.
