ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
1. Market Trends and Demographics
As we explore the market, our team has noticed some exciting trends. First, there's a
growing interest in convenient and indulgent snack options. Consumers seek out
flavors, variety, and taste. Our products—Snow Mochi, Trolls Sticks, and Zesty Jelly
Drink—fit this profile. For instance, our Snow Mochi is a mildly sweet white mochi that
pairs well with chocolate, offering a delightful treat.

Regarding demographics, Tanay and its neighboring areas have a diverse population.
Although we still need to understand the age groups, income levels, and lifestyle
preferences of potential customers, there are already after-school snack seekers
near Tanay Town Center and Tanay Park. We will tailor our marketing efforts
accordingly.

2. Competitive Landscape
Our team has scoped out the competition. There are a few existing snack and
beverage vendors in the area. Some offer similar products, while others provide
alternative snacks. Our unique offerings—like the colorful Trolls Sticks—set us apart.
However, we'll need to keep an eye on their strengths and weaknesses. (Perhaps, it is
possible that we can collaborate with other vendors during events to cross-promote
our products.)

3. Regulatory Environment
Although our stall is small and it won't necessarily need a business permit, if this
becomes successful, aquiring local regulations is crucial. We will secure the necessary
licenses and health permits. Compliance with environmental standards is non-
negotiable. Our commitment to hygiene and safety will be a selling point. Let's ensure
our food handling practices exceed expectations.

4. Economic Factors
Tanay, Rizal seems promising. The area is growing, and disposable income is on the
rise. We'll monitor inflation rates and overall economic stability. Our pricing strategy
should align with the local purchasing power. Additionally, we'll explore cost-
effective sourcing for our ingredients. (We sourced our ingredients from Tanay Public
Market, where prices are considerably cheaper)
SIX SPICES

ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
5. Social and Cultural Factors
Understanding the local culture is key. Are there specific food habits or traditions?
We'll tailor our marketing messages accordingly. Also, let's consider seasonal
variations—how weather impacts snack preferences. For instance, during hot days,
our refreshing Zesty Jelly Drink could be a hit.

6. Technological Factors
Embracing technology can enhance our business. Digital marketing, online orders,
and contactless payments are worth exploring. We'll stay adaptable and customer-
focused. Perhaps we can create an engaging social media presence to attract snack
enthusiasts.

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS
1. Snack Industry Overview
The snack industry is dynamic. People crave convenience, variety, and taste. Our
Snow Mochi—a sweet treat dipped in chocolate—fits the bill. Innovations like ours
keep the industry exciting. Let's stay ahead by experimenting with flavors and
textures.

2. Beverage Industry Overview

Beverages play a vital role. Our Zesty Jelly Drink—clear, lemon-infused jelly—aligns
with consumer preferences. We can explore variations like adding other fruits or
herbs. Additionally, let's consider offering customizable drink options. For now, there
will be only one flavor for entrep bazaar.

3. Market Size and Growth

Estimating the local market size is essential. As Tanay grows, so will our customer
base. We'll project future growth based on population trends. We will actively
engage with our customers to gather feedback and improve our offerings.

4. Supplier and Distribution Channels

We've identified suppliers for mochi, cheese, and lemons. Our distribution channels—
direct sales and local partnerships—will ensure our products reach consumers
efficiently. We will build strong relationships with our suppliers and negotiate
favorable terms.

5. SWOT Analysis for Six Spices

Strengths: Unique products, strategic location ( temporarily at Tanay Town Center)
and near Tanay Park, commitment to quality.
Weaknesses: limited product range (we
Will consider expanding our menu).
Opportunities: Collaborate with nearby small store owners, leverage the growing
market, introduce seasonal specials.
Threats: Competition, changing consumer preferences.

Proposed Location
Our temporary spot at Tanay Town Center during the AICS Entrep Bazaar is a
stepping stone. Visibility and marketing will be critical. If successful, we'll relocate
near Tanay Park—where students gather after school. Let's make Six Spices a local
favorite!
