COMPANY SUMMARY The concept for D&D Food Company revolves around several key words: Quality, innovation, Value, Freshness and Service. Our groups have been involved with the food since Angel and Mithi taking up Hotel and Restaurant Management. They have attained a specialty for their Snacks and Coolers. They have decided to pursue marketing these products. They developed several recipes for nacho topping, and shakes coolers. In our research Mexican food was wildly popular and becoming known in the Philippines now. The food cart industry barely existed, and Filipinos loved to eat and hang out in malls or even in the streets. And now Yum Inna Tum was born. It was specializes nacho snacks together with their shakes cooler. Our dedication is to become known for our own recipe. Even with the variety of toppings, the nacho
is really quite predictable. You can eat nacho no matter where you are. With the small capital as a start its easy set-up and a good chance of success are just some of the reason why we chose food cart business. If you will look at the market trend today, the business is the choice of most aspiring entrepreneurs. We considered that this is easier to manage and operate. It require less capital and rental cost. Its easy to transfer if the location is not good. It captures a wider market because they are normally located along the walkways of malls and commercial centers or lrt stations. D & D Food Company will be founded by the students of St. Josephs College of Quezon City. The companys name is conceptualized based on the abbreviations the first letter D is for dependability and the second letter D is for delicious. We use Cheddar cheese for our dip in nachos and tacos its a semi-hard cows milk cheese which can vary in taste from mild to extra sharp. The cheese is one of the most well known cheeses in the world, and many countries. As is the case with all cheeses, several things set cheddar cheese aside from other cheese.
