    ECOPRINT SERIES
    ECOPRINT process series is an Offset Sheetfed ink suitable for any kind of printing press, both straight and perfecting machines.
    It has been formulated from 100% vegetable oils, it’s a Mineral Oil free ink with a very low content of VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
    Specially recommended for gloss coated paper and board, and suitable for matt coated and uncoated papers.

    *ECOPRINT series is certified by the Institute FOGRA in compliance with ISO 2846-1 standard and is suitable for printing in accordance with ISO 12647-2.

    PRODUCT FEATURES PRINTING BEHAVIOR

    • Good gloss additives in the market, with or without alcohol.

    RECOMMENDATIONS

    General
    ECOPRINT series is designed primarily for Offset printing and continuous small and large format.
    Suitable for printing on paper or cardboard, both uncoated, coated and glossy and matt. It is not recommended using on non-absorbent substrates such as
    PVC and metalized.
    Due to its special combination of colour strength and press stability, you can work with fast starting with consequent savings, reducing the production costs.

    Varnishability
    In order to achieve the maximum gloss, we recommend not let the ink dry completely when apply oil-based varnish or water-based coating. On the contrary,
    you should let the ink to dry completely when apply UV varnishing.

    Rubbers and Rollers. Cleaning


    It is recommended the use of rubbers resistant to vegetable oils, property that usually comply most of them in the market. Inking rollers may be of synthetic
    rubber or polyurethane.
    Cleaning can be done with Cleaning Product MA or vegetable cleaners that help to protect the environment.

    Storage
    Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure. Store at a temperature between 20-25°C. Once the tin has been opened should be consumed as quickly as possible
    to avoid skin formation. A working environment well-conditioned and clean, in which the temperature does not affect the ink, the paper or press, facilitates
    the good performance of each one during printing.
    ECOPRINT series has no expiry date at short or medium term.
