Review:

Activity: To see is to believe (Everyone)
Direction: Evaluate the photo along with its provided caption, and express
your stance by responding thumbs up if you agree with the content shown in
the photo, or thumbs down if you do not agree.

A2. ANALYSIS The teacher will ask the class the following questions:

A3. ABSTRACTION Discussion: The teacher will discuss the following concepts:
 Belief - It is something that is considered correct and true. It
expresses viewpoints, but is not based on facts or other evidences.
Beliefs are not mandatory to change completely with new
experiences.
Example: A person can believe in various things such as cultural or
personal faith, morality or values.

 Conviction - A firm belief that an individual has on a particular


subject and is based on facts. To be convinced, you need to obtain
all the related information. A conviction remains the same even with
new experiences shows can be interfered from the facts.
Example: The information is based on research.

provide an explanation observing correct use of signal phrases in the third
column under "WHY."
