Monday
Warm-up: Teacher introduces his class asking Ss questions about stories, What
kind of stories do you enjoy talking? Do you prefer to read or listen to stories?
Why? What was the last story you heard or read?

Lesson 1:
Vocabulary Activity:Presentation – Practice – Production (PPP) style

 Vocabulary preview: presentation: Teacher ask SS to mention adjectives


that describe stories.

 Practice: Once time SS have done this they are going to read sentences to
write each word in bold next to the correct definition.

 Production: Tand SS will check the answers on the board.

Lesson 2:
Listening task 1: Pre – During – Post Framework

SS are going to listen about a travel story.


Pre before they listen SS will answer the following questions.
 How do you describe your last vacation?
 Where did you go? What did you do?
 What happened?
During Global listening: SS are going to listen to a travel story and check
statements the speaker discusses in his story. Close listening: SS will listen to the
first part of the travel story and will number the events from 1-8 in order they
happened.

Post Ss will come to the board to check the correct answers.

Tuesday
Lesson 3: Grammar focus:▪ presentation: Teacher provides new
written examples of relative clauses and explanation.
▪ practice:SS are going to complete sentences with who or which.
Production:SS will add the correct pronoun and say oral sentences
with their own ideas.

Lesson 4:Listening task 2:SS will work with a partner, they will think
of a story to share.
During:Global listening: SS will listen to elements of a plot, they will
write the names of each element before its description.
Close listening: SS will listen to elements of a plot again ,they will
complete the summary notes, then they hear five parts of a short story
out of order, they will listen and match the parts with the correct
elements.
Post: SS will participate and check the correct answers.

Wednesday
Lesson 5: Vocabulary Activity: presentation :Teacher introduces descriptive
adjectives in context, he provides oral sentences. Practice:Then SS will
complete a table adding words to the correct column, production: finally
they will rewrite sentences.

Lesson 6: Speaking task: SS are given a situation to make up a role play.You


are in a restaurant .you have just a good dinner, the waiter is waiting for
you to pay the bill, you look for a wallet and find you have left it home

Lesson 7: speaking task:SS are going to think of a possible story, it
can be a true story that happened to them or a story they heard or

read, they will add details using the main elements, characters setting
and time, finally they will tell the story to the whole class.
Lesson 8: Oral interview: Teacher provides a digital copy by what
app , he provides a list of questions into a word document. SS will
respond the questions personally.
