-Teacher introduces the body parts using small cue cards

-then Ss will listen and number the words in the order they hear them

box(textbook).Finally some Ss say a part of the body or face by
touching them.

Vocabulary activity: Teacher introduces some oral examples using
days of the week, he mentions his birthday and other examples to
refer to months of the year..Ss will listen and repeat the days of the
week. Finally Teacher asks them oral questions(textbook)

Wednesday: Grammar Focus 1.

Presentation: Teacher introduces oral examples with can and can’t, then
the language is introduced in context, SS will read sport profiles , they will
match each profile with the correct picture .he explains function. He
clarifies a table about can and its forms. practice. SS will complete
sentences with can and can’t. production. SS will talk about the things they
can and can’t do. T asks some oral questions.

Grammar focus 2:presentation: Teacher introduces indefinite articles and


the definite article, SS will read a description of a street in Newton. He
explains function.

Practice : SS will look at a picture in their books, they will complete the
descriptions with a,an and the.production. SS will complete sentences with
a/an and the.

SS will take a written test and a listening quiz. Unit 3-4.

Thursday: Reading task. pre: Teacher asks SS What do they know


about unusual artists.during: SS will read a text about an unusual
artist. Teacher corrects pronunciation and clarifies
meanings.post:Ss will circle the correct option to correct sentences.
Speaking task:SS are given a copy . find out.SS will work in pairs
asking and answering information questions in an assorted way.

Extra Activity: ss will watch a video unit 2. They will work with
class video worksheets and the exercises.
REINFORCEMENT / HOMEWORK
SS will work on their workbook material unit4. Also they will work on
the language wrap up . page 46.
