DELIVERY TERMS
1 45 Days Delivery (post design sign-off) for every project considering that there shouldn't be any hindrance in work due to builder, owner, payment. Due to unforeseen situation on our

3 45 days Delivery doesn't include Sundays, Bandh, or days when Builder, Owner doesn't allow to work due to public holidays, festivals, pooja etc.,

PAYMENT TERMS
10% Booking confirmation/before starting the design
50% After the design is finalised. Before procuring the carcass material Eg. plywood & laminates to factory or site
30% Once the carcass Materials Reaches the Site, and carcass is installed
10% After completion of the work. Payment should be clear on the same day of handover.
NOTES
1 Chimney, Sink, Hob, Gas Piping, Granite along with the labour cost associated are not included in this quotation unless mentioned otherwise.
2 Light Fittings, Geyser, Bathroom Fittings, Fans and any other electrical fittings are not included in this quotation unless mentioned otherwise.
3 Alteration of the existing electrical wiring/points and plumbing wiring/points will be charged extra. Lighting cost is included
in the above quote only to the extent of areas mentioned specifically.
4 False ceiling cost doesn't include light fixtures & painting cost unless mentioned otherwise.
5 Our team takes the responsibility of moving debris to Garbage Room of the apartment premises.
6 Our execution team takes the responsibility of Dusting Off floor & interiors before moving out of the site.
7 15mm gap between the Sliding Door and border of the loft. As we need that much gap during the maintenance.
8 Product with glossy finish may have some unevenness look and feel due to lighting effect.
9 This quotation will be valid for 30 days
10 Also no changes will be accepted at site during execution, since the designs were finalised before execution. As the complete production happens at factory any changes at site
should go to factory for production. Customer has to bear the difference of amount before the change is initiated.
11 Work in progress is always messy and is not final unless we say it is. Hence we encourage you to treat it that way and hold off your queries till the finalization stage

WARRANTY & SERVICE PERIOD

1 a) Hardware : 10 years functional warranty of all hardware’s & all accessories, hardware and appliances are covered as per
the respective Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy.
2 b) Woodwork : 10 years of manufacturing warranty on wood. This safeguards you against any defect in manufacturing or
in installation workmanship. Warranty letter shall be provided upon clearance of all payments.
3 Service Period: 1-Year free service post project-handover. For any service, maintenance calls after 1 year, they will be done on a chargeable basis.

WARRANTY IS NOT VOID UNDER FOLLOWING TERMS

1 Incomplete payment for the project.
2 On any components supplied or installed by third-party vendors.
3 Damages due to "Acts of God" like earthquakes, floods, cyclone, lightening, etc.
4 Physical damages due to continuous contact with water or foreign substances, negligence, accidents, misuse, tampering, fire,
5 Warranty does not cover any solid wood furniture, wallpapers, civil work like tiling, false ceiling, plumbing, etc, electrical
INSTALLATION CHECKS
1 Quality checks of the materials happen before handover.
2 Final coat of paint should be done by the client after completion of interior work.
3 If any civil work is done at site including- false ceiling, electrical, kitchen tiles, kitchen counter-tops, plumbing, gas piping, wall demolition, wall partition etc, we are unable to avoid
handmarks,scratches during installation.
4 Inclusive in the Package: Cleaning - Basic furniture & house debris cleaning will be done pre-handover of the project.
DESIGN TIMELINES
1 Design services are free of cost that includes 3D and 2D drawings till the period of 10 working days for 1 & 2 BHK, 15
working days for 3 BHK & 20 working days for 4BHK/VILLA.
2 The cost of Designing is inclusive in the overall package and is not specifically mentioned in the Quote:
TRANSPERANT PRICING & OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
1 The initial estimates may not include civil, plumbing, gas-piping or electrical work. The exact value of the quote will depend
on the site conditions.
2 Laminate Colors: Entire costing is considered for 6 Different color laminates for 2bhk, 8 for 3bhk, 10 for 4bhk. Additional
laminate color selection will be charged extra
3 Price of kitchen does not include countertop, glass design unless specified as a separate item.
4 Floor covering is not included in the costing unless specified as separate item. Can be added upon request @6 INR per sq.ft.
5 Price of COT doen't include hydraulic lift-up unless mentioned otherwise and Can be added extra based on the load bearing
6 Civil and Electrical quotation is charged separately for electrical point shifting and same can be finalized during final measurement with designer and our electrician.
