WARRANTY CLAUSES & CONDITIONS

- The warranty period will commence and the warranty will be valid only after handover of the project and the full payment has been realised from the Client

- The warranty shall apply only if the product is properly maintained and used for normal domestic use. Normal incidental deterioration that is considered as natural wear and
tear of finishes and surfaces, example - nicks, cuts, scratches and abrasions which result from normal use during the standard life of the product are not covered under the
warranty

- This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repair, usage of wrong cleaning
products or methods, usage in a corrosive environment or at abnormal temperatures, usage for non- domestic purposes, damage in transit during any movement of the
products done by the Client, damage/decay caused by vermin & insects, damage or rusting due to dampness, water seepage or poor civil construction at site, damage caused
by acts of God such as flood, earthquakes, lightning, fire etc.

- The warranty does not cover:

-- Granite or Corian countertops
-- Glass, bulbs, consumable parts, electrical cords, plugs, pipes and fittings used for installation of the appliances
- The warranty covers only defects in the material used and in the workmanship of the products mentioned above.

TAXES EXTRA AS APPLICABLE

- 10% Booking amount
- 40% Production order at sign-off of final quote and design (after adjustment for prior amounts)
- 50% before material dispatch (after adjustment for prior amounts)
- Cheque (Delivery schedules are subject to change based on realisation of cheque)

DELIVERY & HANDOVER SCHEDULES

DELIVERY TERMS
- Delivery/handover 'days' mentioned in this quote refers to working days and does not include Sundays and national holidays
- One 'day' is defined by a minimum of 8 hours. Hence, the site should be available for install from 10AM to 6PM (minimum)

- Delivery/handover clock starts from realization of 50% advance against this quote and customer sign-off of this invoice and final design (whichever is later)

- Delivery/handover schedules will be recalculated under following circumstances:

1) Delay in realization of payments
2) Any design iterations
3) Any additions/modifications of the above products or specification
4) Site unavailability due to a) site readiness b) restrictions on working hours by neighbors/building association
5) Delay in taking delivery of material on due date
6) Delays due to power issues at site
7) Customer unavailability for any critical confirmation/clarification
- Post delivery, the handover and installation time will depend upon the scope of the project

- Schedule for installation will be informed well in advance by the technical department along with the checklist which includes pre-arrangements to be done.

- Customers will have to ensure site technicians & installation team have the necessary permission to enter the premises and carry out the work.

- During the installation process, site technicians will require access to electrical power. Please ensure availability of the same.
