I am techno-commercial expert working since 32+ years, with innovative thinking to provide and
implement solutions which are simple but effective. I have worked on-site in various roles, which
strengthened my foundation of the subject knowledge and provide me with a practical approach
towards any problem.

Being worked in various roles as Contractor, Client, and Consultant across the project, on-site and

hassle-free manner.

My approach towards the project is as a business. Hence, I look at each problem considering its
impact on the project profitability. This helps to define the intensity of the problem and thus the
timely solutions help to manage the projects properly.

Presently I am working as a Construction and Cost Management Consultant for various clients on
pan-India level having a base at Pune. My client includes Xrbia Developers, Goel Ganga
Developments, Gera Development, Kolte Patil Developers Ltd., Nahar Group (Mumbai),
Purvankara Projects (Bangalore) and many more.

I am consulting my clients for mostly for Cost and Time management, Value Engineering,
Tendering and Contract Management Process and Project feasibility reports. My major focus is on
Cost Management as a database tool for Project Management.

I have also worked as a trainer for MITCON and Construction Quality Rating Agency (CQRA), a
Pune based company who provide training to corporates. My training subjects are Project
Management, Scheduling, Contract Management and Cost Management. I have even designed a
course for small contractors for Business Development and Management.

 Core member of the team that constructed 36 Buttress Walls of size approx. 20m x
15m x 30m to support existing dam structure and new spillway gates for Tata Electric
Company. The project cost was Rs. 343.1 million with a contract period of 54 months.
 Oversaw the monitoring of project schedule & cash flows; resource & inventory
management; preparation of running bills and variation orders; maintenance of
Documentation etc.
 Prepared computerised Technical Presentations for assessment by management.
 Maintained and updated data in the customised project management software -
CONAX for monitoring the financial performance of the project.
 Effectively created the daily Production Monitoring Process using spreadsheets with
the same data being used for the Daily Report System. Made successful use of
spreadsheets for critical earthwork quantity calculation for which a lot of data needed to
