Matters arising from the minutes

CWC R: The CWS appreciated everyone for participation and attendance in the
last zonal June revival.

August camp: Aggressive evangelism and follow up by evangelical unit, the youth
and able bodied men at Iju from Thursday 14 th to Saturday 16th, August and
Sunday 18th would be a combined service at Champion assembly by all the
assemblies in the zone. We were implored to pay up our zonal and national
contributions in time. After much deliberation, it was ratified that each unit to
take decision on what to do at the end of the zonal camp.

Ibule assembly: The zone promised to assist as regards the accommodation as


soon as funds come in.

2023 June revival: The chairman said it was a success and the program was
already bearing fruits. Offering and special offering, at present-₦461,180 as cash.

About ten minutes prophetic release for all financial contributors was suggested.
The committee in charge were appreciated for a yeoman’s job.

Report of dep’t all leaders

1. We were told to develop our zonal land at resource centre so that we can
have place to sleep, bath and defecate. A building committee was
suggested to look into what can be done now and the cost implication
especially for toilet and bathroom. A report was promised for next month’s
meeting.
2. Dww contribution: We were to brace up as regards the seed of faith, NCF
and resource centre contribution.
3. Know your weight devotional- The meeting was informed that the
devotionals were still available. We were challenged to buy many copies. It
was said that every family must have at least a copy in their house.
4. National prayer band- An introductory letter is needed for any member that
wanted to join prayer band from henceforth.
5. Buying a land for example, we have registered name for the ministry which
you can leverage as an assembly which is what is recognised by the
government.
6. Advanced team for National camp, 5 people from each assembly.
7. Business committee on ventures for the zone reported by Pastor Salami.
 Farming business e.g crop farming
 Land for rentage at Ikota for zonal farming for presentation.
 Zonal land at Ita ogbolu already occupied by cows.

Any family with free land that can be released for the zone for farming or a
situation for comparative advantage (patnership).

 Investment should the zonal printing like other ministries. The zone
should be able to budget some amount to be released to the business
venture committee. Examples of the crops are beans, cassava, etc and
must be a land that is closed and accessible for proper monitoring.
 From the panel, a suggestion was raised to release a sum of amount
say ₦50,000 to start but a member of the committee replied that the
issue of the land should be sorted out first.
8. Marriage committee
Marriage at Jegele, the committee was at Jegele led by the zonal
leader and the issue was addressed and the brother was given a 3 months
discipline.
 A marriage between a sister from Danjuma and a brother from
Redeem Christian Church of God.
9. Youth report
Youth zonal prayer vigil by tomorrow 10 th July, 2023 at champion
assembly.
 The hearts of the youth should also be prepared for the zonal August
camp.
10.Assembly report
 Omoniyi land issue, a committee was sent to see the land and that
money should be given to them (half of the amount).
 Ogbese land involves where fellowship is located, there is repurchase
of lands in Ogbese which also affected the land where the church at
Ogbese is located.
11. Departmental reports
 Drama department shot a film and that will be ready very soon, thy
