I.P GROUP headquarter and factory is located in Bangkok,
Thailand with 40 years of experience specializing in the production
of fast-moving consumer products; body care and beverage with
brands Hygiene, Vixol, Whiz, Focus, Dance, Ivy.
I.P Group. now officially entered the Vietnamese market with 100%
foreign capital under the name I.P. Vietnam, expanding its
distribution and sales network, continues to carry out the mission of
"Enhancing the quality of life". I.P Vietnam always offers attractive
discounts for the market, attractive salary mechanisms for
Distributors, and continuously offers attractive sales policies to help
boost sales. Hygiene is an exclusive brand of I.P Manufacturing
company, which specializes in manufacturing fast-moving consumer
goods, such as laundry detergent, softener, scented wax, kitchen
cleaning spray,.… Hygiene is a famous Thai brand of laundry
detergent and is gradually moving up to par with the two "big guys"
Comfort and Downy.
Currently, I.P Manufacturing's sales volume is nearly US$120
million in Thailand and continues to lead in terms of market share
and revenue growth. Our main goal is to expand the market to
Indochina region, in which Vietnam is the top priority market to
focus on developmen.

And my company is also part of the market companies that sell


everyday consumer products to people in the country. Deputy
Director Thien Huong and other employees in the company guided
me enthusiastically when I first joined the company. She divided the
work from small to large very carefully. Since I'm a student in the
English department of Ly Tu Trong College, it would be great for me
to introduce and exchange communication skills with people from
far away and the West about our company's products. And finally my
instructor - Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tu. She only worked as an
instructor and now, I have the opportunity to work with her. Her
support during my internship was very valuable to me. Thanks to
her, my internship at Thien Tri Linh company went smoothly.
CHAPTER 1
THIEN TRI LINH LIMITED COMPANY

1.1. Development history:

Located at 45B Binh Thoi Street, 14 Ward, 11 District, Ho Chi Minh
City. Thien Tri Linh Limited Company was established in October
2019 by director Vu Duc Trong. The company has been licensed to
trade in Thai Hygiene products such as laundry detergent, fabric
softener, toilet cleaner, scented bags,.... It can even sell other by-
products such as cooking spices and sales. mainly wholesale cooking
oil. As one of the companies providing necessities for every home
and every person in Vietnam.

1.2. Organizational structure:


The company currently has 3 main divisions: Accounting,
Development and Management. The company also has another small
branch that sells separately, divided into other branches to facilitate
business development. The Marketing Department has the task of monthly
and quarterly to set up programs for sales staff to bring the company's
products to consumers in various forms such as: giving away products,
placing advertising booths at fairs. exhibition, supermarket.

1.2.1. Functions and methods of operation of the departments:

Production Department:

- Because the company’s production facility is small, this division is


divided into: Manufacturing at the company or sending materials to
outsourcing and home production workers. The products, no matter where
they are manufactured, will be brought to product quality inspection. They
will be responsible for checking the products that have just been made. If a
customer complains that a company’s product is defective, they will be
solely responsible. When they complete the inspection, the problematic
products will be returned to the same worker or production team. And of
course, those products won’t get paid.
- The workers at the company are divided into teams. Products made by
any team will have that team name on the outside. The same goes for
home workers, who will write their names on the outside. And the
company will create emulation movements to improve productivity,
celebrate and help the company’s outstanding workers.

Accounting Department:

This department is responsible for the retention and reporting of


financial documents. During each month’s meeting, they will make a
transparent presentation of what money was spent on, profit earned and
total. Any company spending money should be disclosed to the director.
After you have reviewed and approved it, you will be given his signed a
paper by him. You give this paper to the accountant, you will receive the
amount you want. The accountant will keep the paper and record it in the
book. Any company money is lost, the accountant will be fully responsible
even with the law. So, this is a very important and sensitive department in
the company.

Development Department:

This is the department responsible for setting out advertising strategies,


approaching customers, or even diplomacy to expand the market. In this
department, there are many people with unique and creative ideas. This
department has many teams, each in charge of a different work. Including:
Marketing Team, Diplomatic Team, Event Team,… You can join 2 or 3
teams if you have the ability. And they are responsible for the way the
company grows.

These are the things the company is aiming for. The company always
wants to have more young people with new thinking. They will devote
their creations to a more successful company. So, Mr. Trung always cares
for this department. It can be said that, outside of his room, the
development department’s office is the most nicely arranged and cleaned.
The room is airy and has lots of green trees and pictures to inspire the
staff.

Management Department:

This is the executive division of the entire company. Currently, this
department only has Trung. He is the one who will make the important
decisions for the company. Any opinion or anything must go through his
permission. When the company operates for a long time, he will consider
recruiting a number of positions for this department. Currently, the
company has only been in operation for a few months, so he must run
everything directly. He is a man who appreciates talent. So he tried to
build the first solid foundations. And the future employees will enjoy the
good things today.

1.3. Mission function:

The company-wide goal in 2019 - 2020 is to improve product quality.


Facing the difficult situation of the Covid 19 epidemic in the past time, the
company still has some complications that have not been as smooth as
expected. But even after the recent epidemic, the company has made
improvements, becoming more and more successful in business and
growing more widely. After being certified, the company will participate
in large and small fairs in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, the company will
distribute more quality products of other companies. The company has
great ambition to export quality products to all over the world.
