b. Identify small acts of kindness that contribute to positive
relationship.

Warm-Up
A. Introduction

1. Activity: Peace Word Association


Begin with a word recognition game
where learners share words that come to
mind when they hear “peace” by writing
on board.
Guide a brief discussion on the student’s
perception of peace.
2. Procedure: Mindful Breathing Exercise.
Introduction a short mindfulness
exercise involving deep breathing. This
helps create calm and receptive
atmosphere.

Connect the mindful breathing to the


idea of cultivating inner peace.

3. Discussion: what is Positive Peace?


Engage learners in a discussion about
what positive peace means to them?
Share a simple definition and discuss
examples of positive peace in their daily
lives.
B. Warn-Up
1. Activity “Peaceful Circle” Icebreaker
- Arrange learners in a circle and ask
them to share one thing they
appreciate about the person on the
right and encourage positive and
kind expressions to set a supportive
tone.
2. Procedure: Share and Listen:

kindness made a positive impact and
emphasize active listening as others

exercise related to peaceful scenes
(e.g. a calm lake, a meadow) and

scenes make them fell.
