    What do I need to open this account?
    As an employee:

    • 1. Get a registration form either from our website or visit any of


    our branch closest you see website for more information
    (www.nlpcpfa.com).

    • 2. Fill and submit the form with supporting documents. The


    supporting documents are Employment letter, Birth
    certificate, NIMC Slip, and Staff I.D. Card.

    • 3. Once you receive your Personal Identity Number (PIN) via text
    message forward it to your employer/pension desk officer for
    monthly remittance to be made into your Retirement Savings
    Account (RSA).

    To register as an Employer:

    Submit the copy of the company's documents as


    stated below:

    1. Certificate of Incorporation from Corporate Affairs


    Commission (CAC).

    2. Tax Identification Number (TIN)

    3. A letter requesting for employer code from


    Pencom written on the company's letter head paper.

    Submit all three documents to any of our branch


    Office nationwide to generate employer code.

    Monthly Contribution:

    Monthly contribution is 18%.

    Employer pays 10% and Employee pays 8% of emoluments


    i.e. - Basic, Housing and Transportation. The purpose of the
    Retirement Savings Account (RSA) is to warehouse monthly
    pension contributions plus accrued returns on investment.
