Company Overview

Kyoto Saeop is a newly established business that specializes in


bringing authentic Asian cuisine to customers around the world. Our
company was founded in 2023. At Kyoto Saeop, we believe that food
is not just about nourishing the body, but also about nourishing the
soul. We are committed to creating authentic, flavorful, and nutritious
food that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Asia. Our product
portfolio includes a wide range of Asian food products, including
noodles, rice dishes, dumplings, stir-fries, soups, snacks, and
desserts. We use only the finest ingredients sourced from across Asia,
and our products are made using traditional recipes and cooking
methods to ensure their authenticity. In addition to our commitment to
quality and authenticity, we are also dedicated to sustainability and
responsible sourcing. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure

Our mission is to provide authentic and delicious Asian cuisine to our


customers while maintaining high standards of quality and service. We
strive to showcase the diversity and richness of Asian cuisine by
offering a wide range of dishes from various regions of Asia, prepared
with the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
Line of Products

Tteokbokki – tteokbokki is a Korean street food snack made primarily


of chewy rice cakes and fiery, funky gochujang chili paste.

Sushi - a Japanese dish consisting of small balls or rolls of vinegar-


flavored cold cooked rice served with a garnish of raw fish,
vegetables, or egg.

Gimbap - also romanized as kimbap, is a Korean dish made from


cooked rice, vegetables, fish, and meat rolled in gim—dried sheets of
seaweed—and served in bite-sized slices.

Ramyeon - refers to instant noodles with dried vegetables and


artificial flavoring.

Takoyaki - is a Japanese snack of savory ball-shaped cakes


containing chopped octopus, made from wheat batter cooked on a
specially shaped griddle.

Spring roll - Spring rolls are rolled appetizers or dim sum commonly
found in Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisines.

Corndog - A corn dog is a sausage on a stick that has been coated in


a thick layer of cornmeal batter and deep fried.

Onigiri - Onigiri, also known as omusubi, nigirimeshi, or rice ball, is a


Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular or
cylindrical shapes and often wrapped in nori.

Mandu - Mandu, or mandoo, are dumplings in Korean cuisine. Mandu


can be steamed, boiled, pan-fried, or deep-fried.

Tempura - Tempura is a typical Japanese dish that was originally


introduced to Japan by the Portuguese in Nagasaki through fritter-
cooking techniques during the 16th century.
Bento box lunch - bento is a single-serving, packed meal, transported
by the eater already assembled and ready to be savored.

Organizational Structure
CEO (Chief Executive officer) - responsible for making major corporate
decisions, managing overall operations, and setting the company's strategic
direction. They are accountable to the board of directors or stakeholders of
the company and are often the public face of the organization.

Human Resources Manager - is responsible for coordinating all


administrative activities related to an organization's personnel. Their duties
include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for
managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new
employees.

Operations Managers - oversees operational activities at every level of an


organization. Their duties include hiring and training employees and
managing quality assurance programs. An operations manager also
strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks
on schedule.

Business strategy manager - tasked with assessing organizational


performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that
improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive
advantage. You should be familiar with business operations and
demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Operations Employees – Responsible for analyzing and maintaining
operational data, and monitoring product inventories. Monitoring
adherence to policies and processes throughout the company. Overseeing
human resources development policies, training, and performance reviews.
Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
