Our vision is to be the top choice for students and teachers at Mandaluyong High
School by offering unique and high-quality sushi pastil and rice-in-a-cup options
that are both delicious and affordable.
MISSION
•Provide students and teachers at Mandaluyong High School with promotional
sushi pastil and rice in-a-cup options that are made with the highest quality
ingredients and prepared fresh daily. •Allow customers to add toppings like spam
or egg and customize their lunch.
•Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where students and teachers can spend
their lunch break relaxing and enjoying delicious, affordable food.

responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant. With their strong
strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, they ensure that the restaurant
runs smoothly and efficiently.
STORE MANAGER
A store manager is an individual responsible for overseeing the daily operations of
a retail establishment. They are typically in charge of managing the store's staff,
ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
CASHIER
Cashier at Pastil de Manda is the friendly face that greets customers and handles
financial transactions with efficiency and accuracy. They possess excellent
mathematical skills and are responsible for processing payments, issuing receipts,
and balancing the cash register at the end of the shift. They work closely with the
rest of the team to maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, and they are

MARKETING PLAN
Sushi Pastil is a fusion delicacy that combines the flavors of traditional Japanese

Filipino pastil toppings like shredded chicken wrapped in a leaf called seaweed.

have a spicy one the spiceness level is only mild. It is placed in a small jar.
Our product is affordable price and the flavor is salty and savory compare to other
pastil. Our pastil is newly because its wrapped with seaweed so thats we called
sushi pastil.
