We are using cost-based pricing which a fixed sum or percentage is added to the cost of
the product to arrive at its selling price.

Our selling price is 5 each nugget and 5 pesos palamig.

PROMOTION

We are using direct marketing advertising and personal selling strategies.

PEOPLE

We are the staff Angel, Lee Honey, and Mhayen Ann our customer is everyone. Angel is
the CEO, Mhayen is the manager and Lee Honey is the treasurer marketing staff.

PACKAGING

We are using plastic cups and paper bags.

products. Our products has its special ingredients that will give our consumers nutrition that
their body need. It is also cheap that can afford easily by our consumers. DESCRIPTION
Siomai, is the best Asian food found in Asia. It has lot of variations like

pork, beef, shrimp, and shark’s fin siomai. Taste this and you’re in a heaven of siomai

because of its flavor. Taste this yummy dish that can never forge

A. PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT


STREET FOODS TO GO will offer the resident Bulaoen East, Cabaritan and the students
of Bulaoen East National High School and Bulaoen East Elementary school, a delicious,
good services, and we will offers quality food at more affortable prices. Streetfood has
become a favorite of all generations and for good reason. They can choose what ever they
want like nuggets and palamig and any streetfoods
B. Product Unique Feature

Chicken proven is made of proventriculus of a chicken. The proventriculus is part of a


chicken’s digestive system and the organ is connected to the gizzard, that is the unique

feature of our nuggets.

D. Production Process and Controls that will be used to manufactured the product

1. Put all your chicken proben into boiling water


2. Add some salt and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
3. Remove from time to time some dark bubble on top to eliminate harmful agents.
4. Heat the pan and put some cooking oil.
5. Deep fry the proben with flour until it becomes golden brown.
It can still be safe to eat as long as it is properly cooked and heated and consumed
immediately after cooking.

E. Distribution Logistics
Streetfoods initially operates at home as a home-based enterprise and uses social
media platforms like facebook and messenger to promote and they will know our
product by chatting them. Costumers may choose if they want to pick up the
product or will be delivered at their convenience. The delivery, they should be a
handling fee (Bulaoen East, Cabaritan, Caniogan, Casionan, Bulaoen West only).
Fees will be shouldred by the buyer.

F. Street foods to go was secured by the school. This were serve as a compilation or
requirement for our entrepreneurship subject.
