EARLY MORNING Cumin seed honey water (lukewarm) (5:30 AM)
(6:30 AM) 2 elaichi banana + 7 soaked Almonds + 3 soaked walnuts/
Omelette (2 boiled egg + veggies)/2 boiled eggs + 1 small banana
1 mug low fat milk (ginger/turmeric/unsweetened cocoa flavor)
BREAKFAST 1 small plate vegetable poha (3-4 tbsp. rice flakes + veggies + 2 tsp. peanuts+ lemon)/
(10:45 AM) 2 stuffed paratha (paneer/carrot/cauliflower/cabbage) (whole wheat flour)/
3 vegetable masala idlis/ 2 gram flour vegetable uttapam (50% gram flour + 50% rice
flour + curd + veggies)/
3 slice whole wheat bread vegetable sandwich (butter+ green chutney spread +
veggies)
+ green chutney/ coconut chutney/ tomato chutney
+ Lemonade with chia seeds (lemonade add pink/black salt + 2 tsp. chia seeds)/
Sweet buttermilk (add pink/ black salt/ 1 tsp. sugar + cumin seeds powder)
LUNCH 1 bowl chole masala/rajma curry/ palak paneer/egg curry (1 whole egg)/fish curry (2
(2:30 – 3:00 PM) pieces) yellow moong dal/ chana dal/ urad dal/ kadi (no pakoda)/veg raita
+ 1 bowl dry veg./mix veg
+ 2 whole wheat chapathi + 1 small bowl steamed rice (avoid basmati rice)
+ 1 small plate salad
EVENING SNACK 1 medium bowl roasted lotus seeds/chana + peanuts/ roasted rice chiwda/
(5:00 PM) air popped popcorn (avoid act II) /2 slice whole wheat bread + 2 tsp. jam/
veggies omelette (2 eggs + veggies)/1 bowl puffed rice chaat/
+ 1 glass warm milk/coconut water

(7:00 PM) 1 fruit/1 glass seasonal fruit juice (prefer whole fruit more than juices)
DINNER 2 paneer vegetable chapathi wrap/ 2 aloo onion/mix vegetable paratha/
(8:00 pm) 2 masala dosa (potato + veggies)/ 1 bowl bhaji + 2 whole wheat bread/bun (less
butter)/ 1 bowl dal fry+ 1 small plate jeera rice/1 small plat e chicken veggies pulao
(more veggies, avoid drumstick)
1 bowl veggies/chicken curry (chicken breast, 2 pieces) + 2 whole wheat chapathi
+salad + green chutney + 1 glass buttermilk (add pink/black salt)

POST DINNER Half cup low fat Saffron milk (100 ml, add 2-3 strings of saffron) + 2 dry figs
