MENU PLAN:
TIME MEAL
Early morning (7.00AM) Tea/ Green tea/ Milk-1 Cup (Skimmed milk/Toned)
Idly (2 or 3)/ Dosa (1)/Dhaliya upma (1cup) / Roti (2)/ Brown bread slices (2-3)( ch
Morning (8.00-9.00AM) (No ground nut /coconut chutney)/Oats 1 cup
Rice (1 cup)/Phulka (2)Dhal with Green leafy Vegetables (1 Cup), Vegetable curry
Lunch (1.00-2.00 PM) FRIED) Curd (1 Cup)/salad
Dinner (8.00-9.00 PM) Phulka( 3) (Same as lunch)/ Wheat rawa upma/ Jowar roti (3)
Foods allowed:
Nuts: almonds 2, pista 2 & walnut 1/day
Non veg:
Chicken - once a week (80 gms), fish - twice a week (100 gms), not to be taken fried form.
Fruits Allowed:
Any one per day (medium size), but not in juice form.
Apple 3/4, guava (ust ripe), papaya(7-8 cubes), sweet lime, orange, pomegranate
black berries (30-40), musk melon etc...
