MENU PLAN:

TIME MEAL

Foods to be not allowed:


1. Sweet, Jaggery, sugar, jam, jellies, sweet potato, aerated beverages, drinks(Horlicks, Bourn vita) etc...
2. Bakery products (puffs,chips with bread cakes, pizza, burger) papad and pickles.
3. Avoid fruit juices,coconut water, alcohol, smoking.
4. Egg yolk, red meat(cow, goat, sheep) organ meat(brain, liver, kidney, intestine) prawns.
5. Butter, cheese, dalda/vanaspathi, ghee.

6. Coconut juice(fresh) and gingelly seeds(nuvvulu), cashew nuts.


7. Deep fried items, maida products(Semolina, Noodles, Vermicelli).
8. Potato, colacasia .
9. Banana, mango, custard apple, sapota, grapes.

Foods allowed:
Nuts: almonds 2, pista 2 & walnut 1/day
Non veg:
Chicken - once a week (80 gms), fish - twice a week (100 gms), not to be taken fried form.
Fruits Allowed:
Any one per day (medium size), but not in juice form.
Apple 3/4, guava (ust ripe), papaya(7-8 cubes), sweet lime, orange, pomegranate
black berries (30-40), musk melon etc...

Daily Allowences: Oll: 500ml/Month Salt 1Tsp/Per day
