    The Salvacion Elementary School conducted its 3rd School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment activity on October 10, 2021. 10 teachers presented on their accomplishments from the 3rd quarter and discussed challenges. Objectives of presenting teacher accomplishments and discussing challenges were achieved. Issues encountered included insufficient materials for reproducing learning modules and some students having difficulty answering modules. It was recommended to emphasize procurement of school supplies and for teachers to conduct home visits to assist struggling students.

     SIGNIFICANCE
    The Salvacion Elementary School conducted the 2 nd Quarter School
    Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) last October 11, 2021, at
    Salvacion Elementary School.
    The following are the agenda presented on the SLAC conducted;
    1. Presentation of Accomplishment of Teachers for the 2 nd Quarter.

    1. Insufficient number of bond paper and ink to be used in the printing of modules, learner’s
    answer sheets, etc.
    2. Some pupils have difficulties on answering the modules

    V. OTHER INSIGHTS/RECOMMENDATIONS
    1. Materials used in the reproduction of modules and LAS were give emphasis on the
    procurement of school supplies
    2. Teacher must focus to pupils who have difficulties on answering the modules. Must conduct
    home visitation weekly and encourage parents to give more time assisting their children.
