 SIGNIFICANCE
The Salvacion Elementary School conducted the 2 nd Quarter School
Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) last October 11, 2021, at
Salvacion Elementary School.
The following are the agenda presented on the SLAC conducted;
1. Presentation of Accomplishment of Teachers for the 2 nd Quarter.

 IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES
The following are the activities implemented on the conduct of 3rd School
Learning Action Cell at Guirang Elementary School:
1. Opening Program
2. Attendance of Participants
3. Presentation of Agenda

IV. MAJOR PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED


1. Insufficient number of bond paper and ink to be used in the printing of modules, learner’s
answer sheets, etc.
2. Some pupils have difficulties on answering the modules

V. OTHER INSIGHTS/RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Materials used in the reproduction of modules and LAS were give emphasis on the
procurement of school supplies
2. Teacher must focus to pupils who have difficulties on answering the modules. Must conduct
home visitation weekly and encourage parents to give more time assisting their children.
