    Who: Netflix, Marc Randolph, and Blockbuster .
    What: Marc Randolph stated that Blockbuster executive
    laughed when he proposed a partnership or offered to sell
    Netflix for $50 million.
    Question 1 How: Randolph exposed in an interview that he had Speaker 9, 7, 1
    pitched a partnership with Blockbuster or offered to sell
    Netflix for $50 million to Blockbuster executives, who
    laughed at the proposals.
    Why: Blockbuster executives didn't realize the potential of
    streaming services so they didn't seize an opportunity like
    partnering with netflix or buying the company

    PART 2
    In the news we noticed, only "Netflix" shows its growth
    mindset. by it has become the largest "streaming media

    company" in the world. And has surpassed Blockbuster, a
    "giant" before.
    Netflix wants to change their approach from a DVD rental
    business model to a digital streaming business model. This
    requires a change in their thinking, strategy and business
    model. Netflix wants to constantly change to provide the

    more hesitant to try new things. This difference in mindset
    and adaptability is evident in the success of Netflix's
