    The Admissions Team of Amity University, Kolkata congratulates you on your selection for the batch
    2022 and welcomes you to the Amity Family.

    Following guidelines will help you to start your journey with Amity University:

    REGISTRATION PROCESS
    Registration is the first essential step towards joining the programme. It is very important that all
    formalities are completed in time to ensure smooth registration. The process is to be done on
    Amizone, which will be the main academic portal for you throughout your studies at Amity.

    A Registration and Orientation Information page has been created on Amizone to give details
    about various processes and documents.

    Please logon to https://student.amizone.net/ by using the login ID and password available on


    your Admission Microsite (this will only show once Full Fee of first semester has been paid). Go to
    “Registration” tab on Left Menu and complete the requirements for registration. Pending
    registration requirements will be marked in “Red”, once they are complete, they will turn “Green”.

    You will be required to carry all the documents in original for verification on opening of campus,
    once face to face classes commence. Also, following three affidavits are to be submitted in
    hardcopy into your institution on the day of your physical reporting: Two Anti-Ragging Affidavits
    and Indemnity Bond. Formats of which are available at the Registration and Orientation
    Information Page.

    ORIENTATION PROGRAM
    The Orientation Program, prior to the commencement of classes, will help you get a better insight
    into various facets of University life from Academics and Community norms to resources and
    support services.

    The detailed orientation programme schedule will be available on the Amizone homepage shortly.
    INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
    All International students at Amity University are supported by ‘International Student Facilitation
    Centre (IFC).’ IFC services are available to help international students, offering personalized advice
    and information on all aspects of university life, besides specific issues, related to an international
    student.

    At IFC, international students are welcomed by dedicated staff and given comprehensive briefing
    about settling down into the university routine on joining.

    STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES


    To assist the freshers in their transition into the University system, the office of Dean (Students
    Academic Affairs & Support Services) will function as ‘Online Student Support Services”, starting
    from the beginning of the academic year 2022-23 and will continue for the duration of the

    ADVISEMENT
    • Amity Student ID Card: Each student at Amity University is provided with an official Amity
    University identification card to gain access to the campus. These will be distributed to students
    on joining.
    • Amity Student Email ID: All essential communication from the University and respective
    Institutions will be done only through Amity email. You are advised to use and check your Amity
    email regularly.
    • AMIZONE User ID: All information and notifications related to your programme will be
    communicated through Amizone. You are advised to visit Amizone regularly.

    As the Amity Student ID, Student Email and Amizone ID are student specific, therefore, you are
    advised not to share it with anyone else.

    Commencement of a new academic session brings with it a bouquet of hopes and expectations, of
    stepping into a new life. We firmly believe that you will find your niche in an environment, ‘where
