PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With CGI-Fannie Mae, we used to deal with Citizens, Green card, EAD as well as H1B candidates. Screened the candidates and then
negotiate the rate /salary with them. Took all the information that we required. Also ask the last 4 digit of SSN in order to send the profile to
the client.
In Accenture, we source the candidates for a particular requirement. Then we screened candidate’s properly. After that we discuss the
salary/pay rate with the candidates and negotiate the rate or salary with them. And then we submit the candidates in the IQN.
Responsibilities:
· Worked with sales and account management teams and/or internal practice directors to understand resource needs.
· Actively created and built current and future candidate pipeline by aggressively sourcing candidates through internal applicant tracking
systems and external niche career sites, LinkedIn, cold-calls, candidate referrals and established supplier database.
· Used proactive recruiting methods to generate and maintain a steady database of candidates for core IT needs.
· Attended various networking events and user groups as part of the sourcing strategy.
