These objectives and accompanying guidelines are designed to allow the student to demonstrate progress toward meeting student learning outcomes. The “%
required” column, which is based on the total number of clinical days for the course identifies the amount of “S” needed to pass. Each week students must

wound infection. Obtained vital sign: T: 98.1,
R:16; BP: 140/85; HR: 84; 02: 100% room air. GOOD YOU DID A FULL ASSESSMENT. WHAT
Pt remained on room air, 02 saturation is 100. ABOUT HE PSYCHO/SOCIAL NEEDS /CULTURAL
