Statement
I purchase important holiday, birthday, and special occasion gifts at least two weeks in advance.

My friends say that I am the life of the party and I generally live up to that reputation.

When others do well, I like to offer congratulations because I enjoy giving recognition.

I believe those who fail in life are just getting the results from what they put in.

I feel concerned about people who are not as fortunate as I am.

I feel new employees should have an experienced mentor to help them through the initial year.

A good support person needs well documented policies, procedures, and guide lines to do a good job.

I know if people are genuine within the first few minutes of meeting them.

I feel a manager of a department should have firm control, make the majority of decisions and assert their feelings.

If I was the boss, I would spend more time with low and marginal producers than with the successful people.

Many of my internal clients enjoy working with me because I explain things in their terms.

My work relationships often become social relationships.

One can generally be successful if he/she understands the problem and remains in direct control.

It's much more important to be flexible with people as opposed to being rigid.

I feel that it's important for people to share their feelings with others even if those feelings are negative.
I feel that people in a competitive environment should take charge and not expect help from others.

I believe that a decision should be made once all the facts have been presented.

I feel that my emotions are always under control and that my decisions are logical.

I believe it's important to be loyal and dependable to your teammates.

I feel that people's needs should always be placed above the needs of the organization.

Once I start to argue a point that I believe in, I'll argue until I win.

My friends would describe me as someone who is prepared to make firm decisions and stand up for my beliefs.

I like to show my support when others succeed because I like to recognize good performance.

I believe that I am capable of coping with almost all types of people, in virtually all types of situations.

Those people who fail to reach their goals at work generally have no one to blame but themselves.

Clients are more impressed with facts, data, and information than conceptual ideas.

Risk taking is risky. It's good when you win, but I prefer to wait until I have facts before I make a decision.

I like to be transparent and tell people exactly what I think, regardless of the consequences.

I feel comfortable with all types of people, regardless of their social or economic status.

I like to ask questions and gather all the facts, even if it takes a lot of time. Quick decision making is dangerous.

I am somewhat emotional.

I am determined.

I am easily convinced.

I am very open to share my thoughts.

I am someone who pays close attention to detail.

I am a person who values personal relationships.

I am a highly competitive person.

I am a good systematic problem solver.

I am open, approachable, and empathetic.

I am versatile.

I like to be liked.
I am systematic and consistent.

I am good at coping with stress.

I am very focused on completing tasks. I like to have a list and cross things off as I complete them.

I am talkative.

I am very well organized.

I am aggressive at times.

I am never satisfied.

I am neat and tidy.

I am willing to relate to others.

I am reliable and loyal.

I am in it for me.

I am quick to respond.

I am sensitive to others.

I am a winner at all costs.

I am trustworthy.

I am seldom wrong.

I am a thinker.

I am impulsive.

I work hard to have people like me.
