Work and Holiday (subclass 462) visa conditions


Employer work limitation (visa condition 8547)
This condition means that there are work limitations associated with your visa. You are not
permitted to be employed by any employer for more than six months without prior written
permission from us.

Study limitation (visa condition 8548)


This condition means that there are limitations on the amount of study you can undertake
while you are in Australia. You are not permitted to engage in any study or training for more
than four months.

Pay
Your minimum pay rate can come from an award, enterprise agreement or other registered

doing a trial shift.
