    “A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN FOR


    APPROVAL THE REALIGNMENT OF THE SPECIFIED 20% MDF CONTINUING
    APPROPRIATION (CY 2013 – 2017, 2018 and 2019) TO VARIOUS PRIORITY
    PROJECTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE”

    WHEREAS, presented the certification of the availability funds signed by the


    Municipal Accountant and Municipal Treasurer from the accumulated balances of
    the 20% MDF period covered Calendar Year 2013 – 2017, 2018 and 2019 as the
    basis of the realignment of the specified projects.

    WHEREAS, the Hon. Mayor who is the Chairperson of the Municipal


    Development Council proposed and informed the members that the realignment of
    the 20% MDF Continuing Appropriation Fund (CY 2013 – 2017, 2018 & 2019) to
    various priority projects related expenses is very necessary for the felt needs of the
    municipality of Carmen, Agusan del Norte;

    WHEREAS, the amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty Six Thousand
    Five Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos & 71 centavos (PhP 2,936,569.71) to be
    realigned, taken from the following appropriation:

    NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Richard O. Palang-at – LSB
    President and Hon. Joselito D. Castilla – Punong Barangay of San Agustin duly
    seconded by Elvera C. Flores, CSO Representative, all from Carmen, Agusan del
    Norte, be it-

    RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt and endorse to the


    Sangguniang Bayan for approval the realignment of the specified 20% MDF
    Continuing Appropriation Fund (CY 2013 – 2017, 2018 & 2019) to various priority
    projects of the Municipality of Carmen, Agusan del Norte;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the


    Sangguniang Bayan of Carmen, Agusan del Norte for their information and
    appropriate action.

    ADOPTED, this 5th day of August, 2020, at the SB Session Hall, Barangay
    Poblacion, Carmen, Agusan del Norte.
