First of all thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Tapash
Chandra Paul. About my education, I have completed my BBA in Management from
University of Dhaka in the year of 2014. I have completed my HSC from Notre Dame
College and have completed my SSC from Ansar VDP High School.
Coming to my family, I belong to the family of five. My father is a business man and my
mother is a house wife. My strengths are, I am dedicated to the given work, and I will work
hard to complete a given work within a time. I am a quick learner and self-motivated and
trying to motivate others.
My weakness are, I feel uncomfortable and uneasy when the work is incomplete and I always
want it to be perfect. I like put everything in its order. Sometimes I get annoyed if anyone
disturb the orders. If anybody ask help, I never say no.
Coming to my hobbies, I like helping my father in his business, traveling, listening to music,
reading story books and watching movies.
My short term goal to get job in well reputed company like yours. My long term goal would
be reaching the higher position in reputed company.

Q-5. How would you describe your ideal job?
Answer:-My ideal job is one in which I have lots of autonomy in how I can meet
organizational objectives. From what I’ve read about this job, you’re looking for someone
who can take on a lot of responsibility very quickly, and that sounds like a fantastic
opportunity to me.
Q-6. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
Answer:
- Hard work means working with lot of effort. Here our body plays active role. And Smart
work means getting the maximum work done with little effort. Here our brain plays active
role.

-Frankly speaking, I would like to spend my weekends with my friends and family. But if my
presence is necessary for the organization then I will definitely be there to do my work,
whether it is night or weekends.

-Now I am sitting in front of you after crossing so many pressures, so I don’t think that I can’t
work under pressure rather it is a chance to know about my ability and to improve myself.

- I don’t see any problem in relocating to a new place. Instead it will provide me exposure to
a new environment, culture and let me interact with different people.

satisfaction, and I am pretty sure that your company give such thing so I don’t need to change

Q-11. Where would you like to be in your career five years from now?
Answer:
Five years from now, I would like to see in a position where I can manage a team of people in
dealing with the project. I would love to see myself being an asset for the organization and
not a liability.

Q-12. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

- When I tell my story and it makes other people say (I wish I could be like you), is my
definition of success.
Answer:-It is always good to work in a team as one can get the support of other members and
in times of crisis everyone can work together to achieve the goal.
Q-14. What worries or concerns do you have about this job?
Answer:
-I don’t have any concerns or worries about the job. But I would like to understand more
about the monthly targets you would like me to achieve in the role and what support you’d be
able to offer to support me in achieving them.

-No. I started applying for jobs only a couple of months ago so companies are just beginning
to get back to me to invite me to interviews.
Q-16. If a competitor offered you a job right now, would you accept?
Answer:
-I would have to weigh up the pros and cons of exactly what they are offering. The most
important factor for me is getting a good training programme and having a boss who will
develop and mentor me. Having said that, I’ve liked the people I’ve met here and have been
impressed by what I’ve read about the career path so I’d rather work here, given the chance

-Money and success both are important for me, but if I have to choose I would choose
success. The reason being, if one is successful money often follows and I need not focus on
money over success.

- I am not a person who always speaks truth and lie as well, but I am the person who always
handle situation by finding so many alternatives and by smart way.

my anger and handle the situation.

-Right now my goal is just to crack this interview and be a part of your company. And long
term goal is to give the job.

-If I say I am the one whom your company needs then its confidence. If I say I am the only
one whom your company needs then it’s over confidence.

My strengths are, I am dedicated to the given work, and I will work hard to complete a given

have good grasping power. I will work at any situations, at any environment and at any place
throughout the globe.

I think I am qualified for this job but not overqualified because I am just a beginner and have
lots more to learn. Now I have just theoretical knowledge about my field when I will get
practical knowledge that time I can consider me just a well-qualified not overqualified.
Because learning never ends. And it has no limits.

Q-27. Who has inspired you in your life and why?
Answer:
I am inspired by my parents, because they are my survivors. They work hard to give what I
want. They are always by my side to protect me from harm. They are always here to solve my
problems and to face the truth. Even if they hurt me, my parents are still there to guide me the
right way to become a good person. They are here to support me in everything. I will always
love my parents until the stars counts to zero.

I am a fresher, I will be happy to get what I deserve based on my educational qualification
and work.

Q-30. Assuming that you are selected, what will be your strategy for next 60 days?
Answer:
If I am selected for this position, I’ll use my initial 60 days in understanding my role carefully
in terms of the contribution to the business and increasing the overall profitability. I’ll sit with
my line manager and other juniors to understand what has already been done and what its
impact has been. From there on, I’ll formulate my strategy to growth in close conjunction
with managers and see that it is properly implemented.
Answer:
Since I’d be coming from an altogether new environment, I am bound to possess a new
perspective towards everything here including the company, product, customers,
environment, strategy etc. This will enable me to constructively question things which
anyone else here might not do. This will help in improving the things and making the product
& company better.
Having worked closely with product development team I understand how the research for
product development is carried out and how is customer requirement analyzed; I’d be able to
provide a value addition there too.

leadership and player roles. I'm outgoing, friendly, and have strong communication skills.

I believe that recognizing positive aspects of employee performance is critical to motivating
most workers.

An ideal company provides maximum opportunities for growth of employees. They provide
comfortable and flexible work environment, so that employees can perform at their best and
work towards company’s benefit.
Q-35. What are the most important things for you as a manager?
Answer:
The two things which should be most important for a manager to succeed in his role are:

-It's been a good life, rich in learning and experience, and the best is yet to come. Every
experience in life is a lesson in its own way. I wouldn't change a thing.

I believe that when evaluating anything, it's important to emphasize the positive. If I have
reservations, I certainly want to point them out, as specifically, objectively and factually as I
can.
