    To run a One-Way ANOVA in SPSS:

    1. Open SPSS and load your dataset.


    2. Go to "Analyze" in the top menu and select "Compare Means."
    3. In the dropdown menu, choose "One-Way ANOVA."
    4. Move the dependent variable(s) to the "Dependent List" box and the
    independent variable(s) to the "Factor" box.
    5. Click on the "Options" button to specify any additional settings or post-hoc
    tests you want to include.
    6. Click "OK" to run the analysis.
    7. SPSS will provide output with the ANOVA table, group means, F-statistic,
    p-value, and other relevant statistics.

    To run post hoc tests after conducting an ANOVA in SPSS:

    1. Assuming you have already run an ANOVA analysis, go to the output


    window where you see the ANOVA table.
    2. Click on "Post Hoc" or "Planned Comparisons" located in the ANOVA table.
    3. A new dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose the specific post hoc
    tests you want to conduct. The available options may vary depending on
    the design of your study (e.g., Tukey's HSD, Bonferroni, LSD, etc.).
    4. Select the desired post hoc test and click "Continue" or "OK."
    5. SPSS will generate output that includes the results of the post hoc tests,
    such as group means, p-values, and statistical comparisons.
    To run a One-Way ANOVA in JAMOVI:

    1. Open JAMOVI and load your dataset.


    2. Select the "ANOVA" module from the ribbon menu at the top.
    3. Drag and drop your dependent variable(s) into the "Dependent Variable"
    box and the independent variable(s) into the "Factor" box.
    4. By default, Jamovi assumes a One-Way ANOVA. If needed, you can select
    different options such as Welch's test or Kruskal-Wallis test from the
    "Model" dropdown menu.
    5. You can also choose additional settings, such as post-hoc tests or effect
    sizes, from the "Options" tab.
    6. Click the green "Calculate" button to run the analysis.
    7. Jamovi will provide output with the ANOVA table, group means, F-statistic,
    p-value, effect sizes, and other relevant statistics.

    To run post hoc tests after conducting an ANOVA in JAMOVI:

    1. Assuming you have already run an ANOVA analysis, locate the output
    window that displays the ANOVA table.
    2. Click on the "Contrasts" or "Post hoc" tab in the ANOVA results panel.
    3. JAMOVI provides various options for post hoc tests based on the selected
    model and design. Choose the appropriate post hoc test(s) you wish to
    perform (e.g., Tukey's HSD, Bonferroni, Dunnett's test, etc.).
    4. Click the "Calculate" or "Compute" button to run the post hoc test(s).
    5. JAMOVI will generate output that includes the results of the post hoc tests,
    such as group means, p-values, and statistical comparisons.
