Working with Clearings
The How and Why
Clearings are one of the tools I use to help people clear their blocks. They consist of 3
parts: What is being cleared, what you are doing with it, the when / where.
Part 1 - What is being Cleared.
Everything that I took on from my parents about how to behave in a romantic relation-
ship...
Everywhere that I bought into the belief about how much money I am allowed to make...
Everywhere that I bought into that belief and everything that is...
This identifies the blocks and patterns that are keeping you stuck.
Part 2 - What you are doing with it.
Clear - clean and free up the energy or limiting belief connected to the block.
Delete - erase, remove, excise the beliefs, energy and emotions connected to the block.
DeStory - remove the story you made about the block, why it's true and why it 'has' to
be that way.
Uncreate - destroy, demolish and undo the energy, pattern, beliefs and emotions that
created the block.
Transmute - to change the energy in form, nature or substance to higher vibration.
These words address different mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual energies
and influences. Use the ones that fit the most for you (it may change from clearing to
clearing and from day to day).
Part 3 - The when and where.
...across all Time, Space, Dimensions & Reality.
This impacts any time in your soul's existence (this life, pre-life, past life, future incarna-
tions). Time is a construct of the ego/mind so we have an easy way to catalog and ref-
erence experiences, but at the level of Infinite Being (the soul), time is completely irrele-
vant and all experiences are happening in the same moment.
The clearings work on several levels.

First, the high vibration energy I work from clears blocks on higher levels of conscious-
ness as you listen to the audio.
Second, you are undoing past patterns of choice - instead of reacting like you would
have previously and going into fear or anger (etc), you are consciously choosing to con-
nect to that highest vibration frequency you can and doing the clearings.
This act alone (you choosing differently) is a major contribution to the clearing process.
Lastly, you are reprogramming your thought patterns. You are not just choosing "No, I
won't do __ anymore.", you are actually choosing "Instead of that old stuff that doesn't
work and makes me unhappy, I am choosing something that raises my vibration and
consciousness.”
Saying the clearings out loud with me as you listen is most effective. The first few times
you won’t know what I’m going to say, but once you listen repeatedly you will start to
know, so say them out loud with me when you do know them.
Write down the ones that fit the most for you so you can work with them in your own dai-
ly practice. Say them aloud when possible or silently in your head when you have to.
You may find you have emotional or physical responses to certain clearings (tingling,
tightness, heat / cold, laughter, tears, anger, annoyance, anxiety), a thought or a know-
ing for the ones that fit most for you. They will change as you clear more blocks.
Since I work from a high vibration, listening to the clearing audio will help to deepen the
impact of the work. Also very important is the daily use, practice and integration of the
clearings as that is where most people reach the real benefits. You might pick 10-20 to
say 25-100 times each, daily for a week. Divide your list by 7 and work with different
ones each day, stick with the same ones for a few weeks, make up a new list each day
…do what fits for you.
It can be really effective to record yourself saying the clearings repeatedly, then listen to
that during your commute, in the background as you do other things, while you sleep,
etc. The work is most effective when done from a high vibration, but the act of doing the
clearings, even when you’re in a lower vibration like frustration or anger, can still help to
clear the blocks, raise your vibration, shifts your mood, and more.

There really isn't one 'right' way to use the clearings, so long as you use them regularly,
so just play around with them and find out what works best for you.

Everywhere it was rude, impolite, improper, or bad to ask for what I needed and
required, clear and transmute across all time, dimension, space, reality.

Everywhere it was unfair to expect, want, ask for or receive gifts clear and transmute.
Everywhere I was told to not expect anything so I still never do, clear and transmute.
Everywhere I only receive the cheaper version of what I wanted, clear and transmute.
Everywhere I had to share my gifts, clear and transmute.
Anywhere I feel uncomfortable with spending money on myself, clear and transmute.
Everywhere life is short so I shouldn't be cheap with myself, clear and transmute.
Anywhere I cut the universe off from helping me because I decided to never rely on anyone
else to provide for me, clear & transmute across all time, dimension, space, reality.
Everywhere I don't trust others about money and I am too cautious, clear & transmute.
Anywhere I can’t trust money, money isn’t trustworthy or I can’t be trusted with money,
clear and transmute across all time, dimension, space, reality.

Everywhere I believe no one is trustworthy with my money, even myself, clear and

Everywhere I believe I need to keep the money where I can see it, clear and transmute.
Everything blocking me from making lots of money based on when I gave money to
somebody and they didn't pay me back, clear and transmute.
Everywhere I can’t say no when people ask me for money because they might hate me,
hurt me or try to take something away, clear and transmute.
