LEAP-1A – Accessory gear box (AGB) hand-cranking driver distress (19-01-7263-02)

The LEAP-1A fleet has experienced oil leakage at the accessory

gearbox (AGB) hand-cranking pad. Troubleshooting identified L3 gearshaft
distress of the AGB hand-cranking driver. This finding was not
determined to be the source of the oil leakage.

Figures 1 & 2 show the AGB hand-cranking driver in its normal

condition, per design.

This condition is the result of over-torque of the AGB hand-cranking

damage might occur:

Recommendation
CFM recommends performing a visual inspection after every BSI
