PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TRAFFIKOTE TFK-110 SB is a conventional dry (non heated application) solvent based paint intended for marking interior and
exterior zone and lines. Its suitable for all area where zone and line markings are required.

TEST PERFORMANCE DATA
Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean, dry, sound and free from all contaminants. Remove all loosen material or paint residue through brushing
and scraping using fibre brush or clean the surface using high pressure air. Treat any areas affected by biological organism like
algae, moss or lichen with PROPAN FUNGICIDAL WASH. Repair defect with suitable materials. Substrate must be clean and dry
before apply.
If the substrate is porous, apply Tennokote Sealer TNK-1020.
Application Procedure
Coat : Add ±10 - 20% of epoxy thinner to Traffikote TFK-110 SB and stir it before use with a ± 2 hrs (300C)
low speed mixer for at least 2 minutes until homogeneous. Apply first coat using roll or
brush. Material consumtion is about 0.25 kg/m².
Apply 2nd coat without epoxy thinner after 30 minutes
CLEANING
TRAFFIKOTE TFK-110 SB should be removed from tools and equipments with Propan epoxy thinner. Hardened material can be
removed mechanically only.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
TRAFFIKOTE TFK-110 SB is non toxic and non flammable and does not contain heavy metals in its materials such as lead. Avoid
contact with skin and eyes. Do not inhaled. Wear suitable protective equipment such as googles, dust mask and gloves.For

First Aid
Skin contact : Rinse under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact : Wash off under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists
Inhalation : Take the person out to get more fresh air, loosen collar and avoid exertion.
Keep him rested and help using breathing apparatus.
