PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYFLOOR EPOXY PFT-253-2K SB is two components solventless amine cured epoxy self smoothing floor topping which has
good abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion to concrete and good resistance against fungus, resistant to wide range of acid
and alkaly chemicals type, and high gloss finish.

TEST PERFORMANCE DATA
Surface Preparation
Compressive strength of concrete floor not less than 25 N/mm2 in more than 28 days. Moisture content should be less than 5%
and the surface temperature must be at least 3oC above current dew temperature. Remove oil contaminants using industrial
grade detergent or degreasing compound as chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
Application Procedure
Patching : Polyfloor mortar PFM-222-3K SF. Mix well and apply with metal 22 kg-set /m2/cm ± 8 hrs (300C)
trowel. Mixing ratio component A : B : C = 3 : 2 : 35 by weight
Primer Coat : Epoxy primer PFP-241-2K SB. Mix well using mixer ± 2 minutes 0.20 kg-set/m2 ± 12 hrs (300C)
and apply with rubber squegee and then epoxy roll. Mixing
ratio component A : B = 4 : 1 by weight
Top Coat : Mix component A Polyfloor epoxy PFT-253-2K SB in low speed 1.80 kg-set/m2/mm
mixer. Pour component B to component A while stiring and mix
well ± 2 minutes. Mixing ratio component A : B = 4 : 1 by weight
Top coat can be used in 24 hours for foot traffic and 7 days for
vehicular traffic

CLEANING
POLYFLOOR EPOXY PFT-253-2K SB should be removed from tools and equipments with PROPAN Epoxy Thinner.
Hardened material can be removed mechanically only.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
POLYFLOOR EPOXY PFT-253-2K SB is flammable but does not contain heavy metals in its materials such as lead. Avoid Contact
with skin and eyes. Do not inhale. Wear suitable protective equipment such as goggles, dust mask and gloves. Do not smoke
near this product and use only explosion proof equipment.
First Aid
Skin contact : Rinse under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact : Wash off under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists
Inhalation : Take the person out to get more fresh air, loosen collar and avoid exertion. Keep him rested and
help using breathing apparatus.
