    PRIMTOP PT-88 is an effective and efficient anti corrosion paint, both as primer and top coat which is
    specially formulated in one package (2in1). This product is used as protective coating for all types of steel
    construction and steel components in mildly to moderately corrosive environment. This quality provides good
    hiding power, good weather resistance, no leaving brush mark, smooth surface, and easy yo apply.

    Tip size for airless spray gun : 0.43 – 0.54 mm (0.017 – 0.021 in)
    Air pressure for airless spray gun : 110 – 150 kg/cm² (1600 – 2100 psi)
    Wet film thickness : 90 microns
    Dry film thickness : 40 microns
    Recommended dry film thickness : 2 x 40 microns
    Recoating interval : Minimum : 8 hours (30º C), when the first paint film already dry

    Cleaning : Wash all equipment immediately after use with thinner.

    SURFACE PREPARATION

     The surface must be clean and dry.


     Remove rust, dust, oil, grease and other contaminants with appropriate method (wire brush, sand paper,
    rust conventer Rost-X 10; In case of new steel abrasive blasting to minimum Sa 2).

    RECOMMENDED COATING SCHEDULE

     Primer coat : Primtop PT-88

     Top coat : Primtop PT-88

    SAFETY, SECURITY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT

    Do not take internally. This product is non toxic. It does not contain any material with heavy metals such as
    mercury and lead. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. This product is flammable. Do not smoke. Avoid
    contact with strong oxidizers and certain plastic like PVC and natural rubber. These materials will dissolve.
    Higher concentrations produce more severe irritation. Use only explosion proof equipment. Wear suitable
    protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust masks and gloves. Use barrier cream. Wash splashes
    from skin or eyes immediately. Ensure adequate ventilation and fresh air entry during application and drying.
    If there are experiences eye watering, headaches, dizziness or difficulty breathing, leave the area to obtain
    fresh air or wear respiratory protection. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention
    immediately. Do not breathe vapor or spray mist. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs.
    Dangerous to fish and other aquatic life. Do not contaminate watercourses or ground. This material and its
    container must be disposed of in a safe way. Avoid all contact with plant life. Close container after each use
    and keep out of reach of children. Keep in original container, tightly closed, in cool and dry place. Avoid
    direct sun light. Keep from freezing. This container is used to storage the paint only. Do not apply to
    surfaces on which food is prepared. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use. Read all
    safety, security, health and environment precautions before use.

    First Aid :

    Skin contact : Wash off thoroughly with plenty of water and soap immediately.
    Remove contaminated clothing. If irritation occurs, seek medical advice.
    Eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical advice.
    Inhalation : Remove person to fresh air, loosen collar and avoid exertion.
    Keep patient rested and give artificial respiration.
