Essential information about your plan
Roaming
If you want to use your phone while abroad, then you may need to purchase one of our Roaming Passes. For example, if
you purchase one of our European Roaming Passes, you can use your calls, texts and pictures message allowance in our
Europe Zone. When roaming in our Europe Zone, your plan’s allowance of data is subject to a roam fair use limit of 20GB
per 30-day plan. If you want to roam in destinations outside of our Europe Zone, then you’ll need to purchase one of our
Global Roaming passes.

Leaving VOXI
You can leave VOXI at any time by:
• requesting and using a PAC or STAC code
• following the instructions on the ‘Leave VOXI’ page in account settings: www.voxi.co.uk/account/settings.
If you choose to leave VOXI, you can obtain a refund for any unused credit or wholly unused bundles on your account by
contacting us via webchat within 60 days of leaving. You cannot obtain a refund for any partially used bundles.

If you want to end your agreement
If you want to end the Agreement, because you simply want to leave us, you can cancel by contacting us
(https://voxi.co.uk/contact-us). If you request (https://voxi.co.uk/sign-in) a PAC or a STAC code (https://voxi.co.uk/sign-
in) from us because you wish to port your number to another provider or switch to another provider without a port, it will
be valid for 30 days from when it is issued to you. Your service will switch to the new provider within one working day of
you providing your PAC or STAC to them. When you use your PAC or STAC your Agreement will terminate at the same
time your number is ported or your service is switched. If you do not use a PAC or STAC within the 30-day period, your
Agreement with VOXI will continue.
We may make changes at any time. If we make a change which (i) has a negative impact on your use of the service (in
Vodafone’s reasonable opinion) and (ii) is not a Permitted Change (as described in our terms and conditions), you will
have a right to leave your Agreement. If that’s the case, we’ll usually give you at least 30 days’ notice. To exercise your
right to leave, you’ll need to tell us within that 30-day period. If you take no action within 30 days of us telling you about
the changes you'll be considered to have accepted those changes. Please note, you will not have a right to leave the
Agreement early where we make a Permitted Change such as a change that is required by applicable law (see our terms
and conditions at https://www.voxi.co.uk/terms-conditions for a full list of Permitted Changes).
Refunds
Up to 60 days after your agreement with us ends, you may request a refund of any unused credit or wholly unused,
unexpired bundles purchased on or after 17 December 2021 by contacting us by webchat. We will charge an
administration fee of 5% (up to a maximum of £5) of the value of your unused credit (as applicable) and wholly unused,
unexpired bundle(s) purchased on or after 17 December 2021 (as applicable) when processing your refund.
Security
We may suspend the services (in whole or part), including provision of equipment to safeguard the security and integrity of
the network or to reduce the incidence of fraud.
