How and when credit would be provided

In order to obtain the goods on credit on the terms


and conditions marketed, you must take out a Pay
Monthly Mobile Agreement (including the Equipment
Agreement) which covers the terms and conditions
relating to the provision of airtime services (including,
for example, the costs of your calls / texts /data on the
O2 Network) and other related services. The terms
and aggregate monthly payments under the airtime
services agreement will be the same as if you were
purchasing the goods described below for cash.
We will provide the credit by applying the total amount
of credit in payment or partial payment of the cash
price of the goods shown below. We will do so once
you have (a) signed the credit agreement and the
airtime agreement; or (b) (if later) such time as the
goods are supplied to you by us or the supplier (as
applicable).

The duration of the credit agreement

24 months from when the credit agreement is made


or 24 months from the date upon which we agree the
first instalment is paid, whichever is the later.

Repayments

You must make 24 repayments of 30.00 at monthly


intervals, the first of which will be payable on a date
set by us or agreed between you and us.

3. Cost of the credit


The rates of interest which apply to the credit
agreement

The rate of interest is 0.00% per annum. _This rate is


fixed for the duration of the credit agreement.

Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APR). (this is the


total cost expressed as an annual percentage of the
total amount of credit. The APR is there to help you
compare different offers.)

0.00%. The total amount payable under the credit


agreement is not greater than the cash price of the
goods at paragraph 2, above.

Costs in the case of late payment

You will indemnify us in respect of our reasonable


costs (including legal costs) of collecting unpaid sums
or otherwise enforcing the credit agreement. There
are also the following charges for late or missed
payments:
5.00 Late payment charge (to cover printing and
outsourcing of default notices and arrears notices
required by law.
The rate of interest charged on late payments is 0%.

Consequences of missing payments

Missing payments could have serious consequences.


You may have to repay what you owe early. Your
credit records may be affected making it harder or
more expensive to borrow again. It could result in
legal proceedings (including bankruptcy proceedings)
being taken against you to recover what you owe. We
may also take action under your Pay Monthly Mobile
Agreement, such as barring or disconnecting your
airtime service as a result of you missing repayments
under the credit agreement or your Pay Monthly
Mobile Agreement. In certain circumstances, such as
where we receive your instructions to do so or we
reasonably suspect fraud, we may disable or lock the
goods outlined above.

4. Other important legal aspects


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the credit


agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with
the day after the day on which the credit agreement is
made or (if later) when you receive the goods.

Early repayment

You have a right to repay all or part of the credit early


at any time. You must give us notice of your intention
to do so.

Consultation with a Credit Reference Agency.

If we decided not to proceed with the prospective


credit agreement on the basis of information from a
credit reference agency we must, when informing you
of the decision, inform you that it has been reached
on the basis of information from a credit reference
agency and of the particulars of that agency.

Right to a draft credit agreement.

You have a right, upon request, to obtain a copy of


the draft credit agreement free of charge, unless we
are unwilling at the time of the request to proceed to
the conclusion of the credit agreement.

The period of time during which the creditor is bound


by the pre-contract information.

We will honour this pre-contract information on the


same business day you have been provided with it,
being 26/01/2015. After that business day, this
pre-contract information will not be a guarantee of the
cash price or the amount of credit and you may be
provided with new pre-contract information before
concluding a credit agreement.
